Great location, lovely clean room, the communal kitchen was fabulous and Jess was extremely helpful

Perfectly clean
Very secure
I loved the bath
And the Nespresso machine

I would absolutely would recommend the balcony to anyone looking for lovely quiet accommodation, close to all facilities.

A lovely old building, nicely refurbished. We arrived late in the evening and couldn't access our room - called Jess and she was very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and the communal area with fridge and coffee maker a nice addition. I highly recommend Balcony on Sixth.

Clean, comfortable, A/C, beautiful inside and outside on the balcony, great shared kitchen with appliances and I feel safe staying here when travelling.

We spent Christmas night at this lovely accommodation, the rooms are large and charming, with refurbished ensuite’s.great value for money. We have stayed here before, a great stopover when traveling from Melbourne to the Ayer Peninsula. Happy to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful quaint historic building.and the balcony was perfect spot to sit and relax in the fresh air.
The room was bigger than expected and the refurbished bathroom with an awesome double shower was lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The rooms were clean and kitchenette well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar etc.
Its only a 2 minute walk to Woolworths and shopping centre and the Murray Bridge pub is just down the road.

We would definitely stay again!

My wife & I have stayed here a few times. The rooms are 5 star and at a good rate. Wait until you check out the double shower. Some have balcony's so you can see the world go by with a Red Wine. The owners are down to earth, honest, friendly. We love this place so much we have booked 3 rooms for the whole family for my 60th in Jan 2023.

Booked online and booking was confirmed, later when I arrive at the hotel the hotel was closed with all lights switched off and I was getting calls from a private number to pay bond money over the phone if I want to enter my already booked room. Never got the refund.

0/10 Worst place I've been to. Took 45 mins to check in. No private balcony and toilets and bathroom where unhighgienic and (shared if u like that thing)
I was booked in for 2 nights didn't even stay a night.

Nice place in the middle of town. Rooms well presented and comfortable. The $150 security deposit on the in room bar was a bit steep given there was only a couple of bottles of wine and a few beers. Would happily stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable room, very patient and warm service, very reasonable price, if I come here again next time, I will definitely choose here again.

Spa suite: was great for the price. Bit of mix of old and new. Few tweaks could really improve the room. They called to check on us. Very helpful owner! Thanks guys!

I stayed there for 3 nights for work.the worst service I received in my life (not from the staff but actually from their manager or owner) - shared Bathroom (imagine a shared bathroom with this Covid-19) Really regret it.

Stayed here a few times now with work. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. Never had a drama. Yes some rooms you share a toilet/bathroom facilities which doesn't bother me. Requested to stay here again on my next trip. Would recommend

Was visitng due to family illlness and then subsequent re-visit due to Mum's passing - was very understanding and a lovely host - the room itself is very satisfactory, clean - all the 'standard requirements' good quality linen and very comfortable bed - plus quality toiletries (which included makeup removal wipe-which you don"t often see). Communal kitchen (well maintained) with complimentary continental breakfast which you can have on the lovely balcony. Communal bathroom was very clean & well maintained (room with ensuite is extra) Pricing quite reasonable - compared to other options in the are. Very central and handy to most amenities - local pub (not even 1 min walk down the street) serves excellent meals- overall (apart from the reason of my stay) would absolutely recommend Balcony on Sixth Lodge.

The hotel is bad, arbitrarily withdrawing money from my debit card. I have a complaint, it said it was wrong, will return the money to my account. I waited for 2 weeks and still haven't seen the money yet. Hotel scam.

For the price I was expecting a lot nicer room.
There is only 1 toliet and 1 shower in the shared bathroom which I believe would be quiet hectic if the motel was full.
The kitchen facilities are really nice with everything you need and also the balcony is great go relax on.
The male owner was really nice when I spoke to him on the phone. Not being greeted by a person and having to ring a number and be instructed what to do really shocked me.
I believe I was charged way to much for the quality of the room. $104 per night for 1 person.

Very nice hotel with amazing bathroom. The room was clean and very well laid out. Access to the balcony was fantastic and being so close to the center of town is also very handy with an amazing pizza place just around the corner.all and all it was a very good place to stay with friendly staff.
