Bakulan reviews
31 It is nice to have this store in South Australia. The variety of Indonesian food products is many. They have sweets, teas coffees and other products worth the low prices – compared to other import sellers.
The shampoos conditioners have nice unique aromas.
The staff are pleasant and helpful to serve.
There is a carpark at the rear of the building or front and side street parking also.
Main entrance is at the front but also a rear entrance.
Best Indonesian store in Adelaide. Any Indonesian snack and stuff you can find here with reasonably price.
I love this spot. Great deals and lovely place for spice kings because you can find every level of spice. Super friendly lady in the till. It will really remind you of home no matter what
Excelant place wonderfully service.good management as well as prodact.price.this weekend we went shopping and was very busy.miss sari

Best indonesian grocery in adelaide, the price is very reasonable and the lady was nice too
Overall good hospitality.
This place is fantastic! The customer service is the best, ask and they go out of their way to help you! Very friendly staff/owner and always so happy! It was my first time there today and I will happily go back over and over again even though it’s far from me because I can get all the nice indo stuff I can’t get anywhere else! Thank you for all your help today!
The BEST place in Adelaide to shop for Indonesian food, groceries and snacks. Good job Ms. Sari, continued success
Bakulan is a supermarket that provides special Indonesian products. Bakulan also sells Indomie and You-C 1000, so if you miss it, you don't have to go far and wait a long time. Continued success and progressing Bakulan
I was happy shopping at the store because I’ve got everything I need and good service, very welcoming
My wife is Indonesian.
She loves going to Bakulan, they have many of her favourite snacks, fish, sauces, frying batters and much much more!
The staff are lovely, they aren't afraid to chat regardless if you know how to speak Indonesian or not!
Bakulan is a wonderful place for reminding you of Indonesia in Adelaide!
A lovely Indonesian grocer. Have such a great variety of snacks very reasonable pricing and the staff was so kind and recommended us things we may like as we aren’t Indonesian! Thankyou!
Im going to change my review rating from 4 to 5 because they are spot on in customers demands. They do freshly cooked food on Saturdays (they vary weekly), and open as usual on any other business days.
They sell the award-winning mie goreng on here, the only place that sells it in Adelaide. Not to mention bolsters. Probably the only place in South Australia that sells both items in the same shop.
I will come back soon for more spicy crackers!
It was a lovely place to buy Indonesia foods, biscuits, saucesn spices. Definitely recommended!
Super friendly staff, some popular Indonesian condiments/pantry can be had at mildly average prices. Don't let that deter you though as there's no better way than being able to have a taste of home away from home. Good job!
There is Asian grocery and there is Indonesian grocery shop. In this shop, you can find almost all the bare necessity when you want to whip up Indonesian dishes. Fried red onion, gado gado peanut sauce, bumbu munik, sambals.you name it, I think they have em! Kudos to Bakulan team for making available all Indonesian cooking materials.
Great range of Indo products! We love the Cap Ibu spice pastes. Everything great quality and good price. Terima kasih!
The only Indonesian supermarket in Adelaide, as far as I know. Prices are good and staff are friendly.
Ohhh, the only Indonesians store in Adelaide! You want to cook traditional food? They have the seasonings! You want different varieties of indomie, I think they have lots of it! You want silverqueen? Yes! Basreng? Maicih? Minyak kayu putih? Rendang? Kerupuk? They have it all! If you missed Indonesia just come here and you’d be delighted.
Love Bakulan very much.you can find anykind of Indonesia groceries and food and people and stuff and music and others?
Well stocked Indonesian supermarket that doesn’t disappoint! Super easy to find what you need, and if you’re a bit lost the owner is more than happy to tell you where to find it. I bought Teh Pucuk, Sari Wangi, Kueh Lapis and many seasonings from Bamboe. If you’re missing home, this is the place to go! 10/10 would come here again.
