Bakmi Lim Noodle Project reviews
29 Had spinach noodles with pork belly, some of the best noodles I've had in a while. Also pretty filling. Only thing is that the atmosphere is so-so, the place is pretty cramped with like two indoor tables and two counters for ordering noodles and bubble tea.
Overall if you're hungry and feeling like noodles next to Rundle, just go here.
The house made noodles from here are so delicious I love the spinach ones, choose your protein from the board. The broth is awesome too. Highly recommend.
Bakmi Lim Noodle Project is perfect for a quick, reasonably health lunch. Choose your carbohydrate base, choose your protein, choose your sides. If yoy can't decide on yoyr protein govthe combibation and get up to 3! Then you are presented with a substantial bowl if goodness. Friendly staff and quick service.
Didn’t exactly enjoy the food here. Rice was soggy, meat was meh and milk tea was overloaded in sweeteners
Tasty broth and juicy roasted pork. Spinach noodle has good texture. Friendly cook and she was the front of house too.
I loved the food, thanks for the great meal, I’ll be recommending to my other work colleagues
I used to love their spinach noodles so I took a colleague with me there today. Embarrassing experience. The tables are oily and sticky, spinach noodles are pale and limp, it seems they had significantly reduced the spinach in the noodles. Ordered roasted pork, tasteless, extremely oily and 90% fat, with 2 pieces of chopped bok choy root in it, and yet the price has gone up. Will not return.
Best food ever amazing customer service I’m so full I’m never going to eat again until my next stop here
Very nice texture and chewyness on the noodle. There is another healthier option of spinach noodle. Topping is quite generous and it can be mixed and matched to each individual favourites. They also do serve the toppings with rice as an alternative.
They do have some sides option available. Sriracha mayo fries and wontons will do nicely if you would like that bit of extra on the side.
Overall a very good quality and enjoyable food experience.
Simply delicious cheap and cheerful noodles. Charsiu noodles and fried wontons were perfect on a hot day.
Rude staff. When asked to provide exemption of masks I did and the staff ignored me and were consistently RUDE. WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
APPALLED BY THE STAFF
I was at the bakmi la in rundle a couple of days ago.
The food its always nice but we were so disappointed because my aunt found a hair in the food.
This doesn't even deserve one star literally.
If the ladies would be wearing some cooking hair nets, would be avoiding all this
Soggy noodle swamps in a pile of water, more like soup noodle than a tossed noodle with minimum toppings. Paired with a pathetic tiny little spring roll, hardly any fillings, just the skin and it is not even crispy. It has been fried and sit on the ban marie for way too long. Well, shouldn't have expect much from a fast food stall.
It is as claimed handmade noodle as Indonesian Street food. They tried to imitate the usual Bakmi Ayam (Chicken noodle) as their father’s legacy. They served 2 kinds of noodle, the normal one and the green noodle as an option. We tried both of the noodle with Roast Pork as the topping. Well, if you really homesick with Bakmi Babi panggang (Roast Pork Noodle soup) and you are in Adelaide, this is your option.
I used to love this place but I just had one of the worst dishes. I bought the soy chicken and mushroom bowl and it was so bad that I threw it away. It tasted like the smell of cheap dog food. I used to love this shop but this meal has completely put me off: (
Don't go anywhere else for the freshest noodles! Bakmi Lim on Waymouth Street will treat you right! Try the spinach noodles with roast pork. But really, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Always greeted with a smile, service is so friendly.
Tell them Vanessa with the pink hair sent you!
Recently went there for takeaway lunch. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be that good. It was delicious. I loved the food a lot. Would love to explore more of their dishes. Cheers!
Very ordinary taste with less quantity for the price if you compare with other shops in that food court
David and his staff are always friendly and food is delicious - definitely recommend the tofu mushroom with the spinach noodles! Will be back:)
Delicious hand crafted meals with interesting flavour parings. Their home made noodles are amazing especially the spinach. Reasonably priced and quite filling.
