Bakers Delight Tea Tree Plaza

Recently purchased 6x apple and cinnamon hot cross buns and 6x Chocolate.

The chocolate were extremely dry and dense …. Like if they were a week old. Weren’t edible and at the price of $9 for a 6 pack I was rather disappointed.

The apple and cin were edible.

As someone that spends atleast $30/wk here, I am left very disappointed. 1 week ago, the pane di casa loaves which I had purchased were fantastic. Soft, fresh and full of taste. This week, especially yesterday Tues 10th Jan they were small, as dense as a rock with obviously missing ingredients. There was no taste, and almost not edible, even with honey on toast. For the rest of my family and visitors to comment is shows it is not just me. After consistently paying your ridiculous $11 for the 2 loaves, I expect the same back in return. Consistency. Won't be back as it's always hit and miss.

The white fluffy bread inside has definitely changed. It's denser and dry.sorry not a fan at all

Love there assorted fresh sweet and savouries but also knowing that there bread is really tasty highly recommend

Love their breads especially the sourdough, rolls & their cakes. Service is always good. Today I left Bakers Delight without taking my purchases, as soon as I realised, about 30mins later I went back & the lovely sales assistant had placed it behind the shelves, for when I returned.

Friendly service and my drink was made quickly.
I had the white hot chocolate, it was dislisoius!

The bread and buns used to be very fresh and the service was great lately that has changed the bread buns are not as nice and neither is the service.last few times I have been there has been a lot of flies on the sweet and savoury products staff don't care I don't to pay and eat food flies have been on.

This shop usually close at 4: 30 and not at 5PM even still with bread available they refuse to attend. Does management knows this?

When the main differentiating factor between bread retailers is service, this bakers delight rates a 1. Stony faced service.

We have been a customer for many years as TTP and have always loved your products especially the scones. Lately the scones are half the size and like rockcakes. They also have very little fruit. Not sure if this is a cost saving venture but would have to say a very bad choice. We went today to have a look to see if the scones had improved but these sadly have not changed. We will not be buying from your store again unless you either get another baker or teach him/her how to cook scones. It is a similar issue with other products in your store. Very sad: (

I haven't expected so poor service in that nice store. I bought many goods many times in that store, but never faced rude behaviour before this case. A girl named Katrina served me without gloves, without any sign of a tissue. At first she stood and deliberately didn't understand my requests for buns. She turned to be deaf and asked a number of questions for obvious things that were already told. I simply pointed out on the buns that I wanted to buy, but even after that she just moved shelves and replied in a very rude manner. Her facial expression was kind of stone mask. Don't go to this branch anymore. How managers may hire so rude staff. Very sad

Brought a bag of six small cheese and bacon rolls open it up when back at the car inside bag is all sweaty and rolls tasted like plastic. Wed already left the carpark by the time we had a bite of it.

Horrible taste made me & mum drink 600mls of coke to get rid of the taste.only good thing at this store is.

and a pull apart thing as well as this chocolate swirl thing thats nice.will not buy chese and bacon rolls in a 6pack from here ever again.

Id suggest no one else does it either.
