Bakers Delight Park Holme

I have just shopped at bakers delight park Holme,
The fruit buns were below standard, quite flat and dry,
The standard at this store has been declining over the oast couple of months.the iced fruit buns last week had to be really looked at to see the fruit.

Went today about 9am to purchase some goods. The person that served me (Blonde head person with a tattoo on there arm) was quite rude. When I asked how much the total was as I was paying with cash the server proceeded to tell me how much the individual item was and how to add them up to get the price. Workers need to work on the customer skills, won't be going back in a rush.

This store is small and definitely in need of an upgrade and a good clean.
The young lady serving was very slow and not that friendly.
In a positive the products looked good and I was happy to see they have pipe loaves.

New owners are kinda trash. The baked goods still taste spot on but their showcases are rarely full and today I went in, waited for a full minute and not one person came to serve me. So I left lol.

New owners thank goodness, but needs a lot of work. The staff are rude, with no customer service skills. All food looked over cooked and burnt. Items were all mis matched/different sizes too.

Very poor selection at 10.45 this morning. Products labelled wrong.
No consistency with sizes of rolls etc. Display cabinets dirty
It is a surprise that Bakers Delight want to have their name on this business.

New ownership and not a good experience. Wrong product sold as was labelled incorrectly, bread had major air holes through it, shop lacking in staff.

New management is so good, product quality is amazing, so fresh and delightful.love the service as well.

Will never go there again, don't know if he was the owner or just works there. Anyway was really rude to my husband?
If you aren't happy working there don't work there. There are people out there willing to work. We don't deserve to be treated like that.

Such a shame that this man's comments could ruin this business. I think he is the baker, but he has NO customer service experience. 1 star for being open.

The owner has extremely poor customer service skills he is rude Arrogant & aggressive its embarrassing for the franchise of Bakers Delight! Will never give this man my money again!

This place is under new management run by a horrible little man who has a contempt for people in general. Bad look for bakers delight, never going back.

Member customer for 19 years. Great products. After today not going back until new operators as "boss" is very ignorant. His wife has always been pleasant. I believe he has been removed and I can understand why.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Got sweared at by the staff. Never go here. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Ugly store and ugly attitude from the staff. Limited Range.

It's only a tiny little shop and there can be quite a few people in line at certain times of the day but prices are very reasonable for what you get and that's delicious pastries of a generous size and even at the end of the day they usually have a pretty reasonable selection of pies and cakes. I got off the bus several stops early just to go there and then walked home to burn at least some of it off. I'm glad it's not too close to me or I would weigh 10 tons. Yummy.
