Just finished treatment with Poonham at Back in Motion Mt Barker. She identified my problem straight away and over the last 3-4 weeks has eliminated my pain. After my first appointment to diagnose and start treatment my headaches and neck pain subsided so much I could go back to leading a normal everyday life pain free.

I first went to Back in Motion last year when I was so over accepting a life of chronic back pain. Finding availability times and booking online was super easy. I struck it lucky choosing Linda Moon, she is so amazing at her job and is such a genuine sweetheart. After my first visit I finally had answers, clear direction and hope. I am now managing my pain better by understanding ways to build my strength and know I'm capable of gaining more and more.

They will always try and fix you in for an appointment. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Not to experience better if you have health insurance

Looking to try other massage places instead of my regulars I tried back in motion. The massage was average and the physio wasn’t strong enough to give the right pressure (she did her best). The worst part was that I was not expecting a $160 charge for a 40 minute massage and feel the cost did not match the service.

I've been BACK multiple times for different discomforts, each time the problem has been pin pointed and rectified.

Great staff and physios have been going there on and off to help strengthen my first knee replacement which failed and will be going back soon to gain more exercise for second knee replacement done seven weeks ago. They're centrally located which is very convenient.

Modern facilities, lovely staff, parking can be a bit challenging so you need to allow time to find a spot.
