The treatment of my back pain at BIM at Hampstead Gardens has been extremely positive. Their team (both physios and admin) always provide professional, friendly, and effective service.

I felt as though I was listened to, and provided with an explanation of the cause of my injury and how my treatment would address it. I have always felt comfortable, and with hands-on treatment the physios tell me what they were about to do/obtained consent.

Johnny is a highly skilled physio and very personable. I've also been treated by Sean, and he was great too.

I had been dealing with a frustrating neck strain for weeks and finally took the leap to see a physio. Went for a session with Beatrice and I'm more than glad to have went for it! I really liked the professionalism of this business. I took my granddaughter there on November 6 as she had some issues with her knee and hip due to prolonged gymnastics training. She's usually shy around strangers but she was made to feel at ease by this team who gave us sage advice on how to treat her condition pre and post gym training and more importantly her then up coming comp which she did really well at. Her confidence, I believe, was boosted by these guys and it helped exponentially with her performance at the comp.

Jin and his team are just wonderful. They are smart, they know what they're doing and they have corrected a disc issue I have been suffering through for over 18 months. The pilates classes are also brilliant. I am so grateful to have found this place. Could not recommend highly enough.

Visited today for sore back and neck and glute. Recieved a great deep tissue massage and some dry needling. I feel a lot looser and no more tight pain. Thanks for a great job.

Beatrice has been an excellent physio for me. She is friendly, patient and highly skilled at her job. She is transparent and forthcoming with information regarding your treatment plan.

Physiotherpists at BIM are amazing and understanding. Excellent services and easy with communicating. Their Understanding of my needs are always met and always make me feel comfortable with physio and massage sessions.

Luckily i have never needed to visit a physiotherapist before but Jin and his team at Back In Motion Hampstead gardens were super professional and efficient. Jin explained all procedures well and gave me confidence that i was in the hands of a truly professional and passionate physio. Highly recommend.

Used to be really good, then management changed to Chinese and Santosh Kumar left. We rang up today to change an appointment, the receptionist answered in Chinese, was barley able to talk in broken English let alone understand the request, this is about the 3rd time it's happened. I don't understand why it's difficult to grasp that in an English speaking country you need an English speaking receptionist, because surprise surprise, 99% of potential clientele will be speaking English.

It's just easier to find somewhere else.
