Having an 'in-house' x-ray and the chiropractor in the same office is just convenient. Actually seeing instant results of the x-ray and other scans while having a discussion of how certain parts of your spine and disks should look like, just shows they are doing it right for the patient.

The time taken to ensure I was well informed and listened to was well above and beyond my expectations. This level of service is rare and joyful.

I have had no experience with chiropractors before & was very nervous as it was something very new. However the team at Vitality Semaphore created a very comforting & welcoming environment. There is a great sense of family & care!

After losing faith that chiro could reduce my pain, i reluctantly tried this place - saw a sign in the clinic that perfectly showed my situation, feel pain, get a bit better, relapse, feel pain, get a bit better, relapse etc.the philosophy of this clinic is to break that cycle The prelim examination was thorough and the follow up nailed my pain points precisely. Staff are professional, well organised and friendly - space is lovely, open and fresh - so yeah, 5 stars from me.

Very experienced chiropractor, explains everything he does step by step. Knows what part of the body causes you discomfort if in any pain. His adjustments are according to what you tell him in how you feel. I've been going for over 20 years and rarely get sick.

Visiting Semaphore for the 2020 Tour down Under and I wasn't feeling real good at the start of my week's cycling holiday. Called into see Dr Mario for an adjustment and had a fantastic result.
