Keep the click and collect drive threw option very good maybe change instructions on website as i came there the other day and waited in hot car for my order for half hour when i finally called the store to ask what the hold up was they told me you have to call the shop when you arrive but the website says just wait in car for someone to come out when they hear the bell go off but now I know to call store when I arrive will be much easier and maybe more product to purchase might be good as well

Amazing butcher, meat is always fresh and of impeccable quality. Great assortment of groceries, all at competitive prices. I was particularly impressed with their organisation yesterday, during the influx of customers due to the announcement of the 6 day lock down. The wardens handed out bottles of water for the people queuing outside, and ensured patrons who appeared vulnerable were given priority to the front of the line. Top job

I’ve had two poor experiences of late which is disappointing!
First was packaged marinated steaks I purchased late (just before closing) one evening but didn’t realise until too late the use by date was that day!
Yesterday I bought two pieces of rump steak costing $28.39 to have for a BBQ dinner.cooked for two minutes each side and they were so tough we couldn’t eat them. Sorry but I won’t be back!

There are soo many better butchers in the western suburbs than this dive.this was good once upon a time, when the product was actually good.now might as well shop at coles where the prices are down down one day to expiry section. Thanks for making my shopping choices easier and knowing to stay away.

This shop was always a good place to shop for meat. But the new check outs and the broader range of goods makes shopping there much easier.

The design change was the wrong move!
Since their change it no longer feels like a butcher, it feels like shopping at any major grocery chain with a small select # meat section.
It use to be so great going in and being comfortable knowing I'd easily get exactly what I needed and could try new flavours every time to provide variety at barbecues and such and it was just so easy and flexible, the staff were always cheerful and ready, now most of everything is prepacked and its just inconvenient and to do the big "variety" shop I'd like to do would take a lot of ask from staff who didn't seem to thrilled with me just for wanting 2 of 3 flavours of some steaks on my last visit since their change in design and I didnt recognise this employee from previous times and she was nothing but eye rolls and the cranks, completely unwelcoming. I was quick to finish my ordering with her due to service of making my partner and I feel like burdens.
I spent less money than I normally would as everything prepacked added a lot faster so it made me put a lot back, felt unwelcomed by the server at the small bench space they do have left for meat service and it just made for an uncomfortable experience. I'll be looking around for a proper butcher again.
Unfortunate.
The young girl at checkout was nice and polite, that's about it of positive things I have to say.

Never have a bad experience with meats from them. Best butchers by far, and go out of their way to help.

We followed Tamara from her last job and were so glad to find her here. Her service is unlike anyone else. She is kind, helpful and always has a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. There is five of us and she always recommends the best meat for us to buy. She is just simply a beautiful human being. We adore her and respect her from the bottom of our hearts. May god look after her.

Baa Moo Oink is a fantastic butcher. The choice of meat, chicken ans v ed vegetables is fantastic. Bought lamb shanks, chicken schnitzel, pork spare ribs and roast lamb. The quality of meat is A1 and prices are really good. Ate pork spare ribs for dinner. The meat melted off the bone. An excellent place to shop at

Been coming to Baa Moo Oink Butchers for years. Meat is always nice and fresh. Now they have even giving the store a new Upgrade within a new fresh look Which is nice and welcoming. Staff is always friendly And happy to help and answer questions And give you that extra service if you need help to the car they happy to assist you.

This was my first visit and words cannot express adequately how impressed l was with the service and their wide choice of products. It is a one stop shopping for all your bbq requirements. Great to know that places like this still exist. Wow!

Great selection, but not always the cheapest. Be prepared for a 5-10 minute lineup on weekends.
