Avanti Pizza & Pasta

I placed an online order through Avantis website, quick and easy to navigate which is great. Delivery fee was also quite fairly priced as well which is awesome!

However, it did take 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive which isn’t really a problem providing the quality of food exceeds expectation, on this occasion it did not. Our meat lovers pizza was slightly burnt and didn’t really have a distinctive taste, our lamb Yiros pizza was also sub par in flavour, the real disappointment was the garlic bread, soft and soggy. It did have a pretty tasty flavour though I’ll give it that.

I was recommended this place and it did fall short this time round, I will return eventually and reassess my review with a follow up.

I’d still like to thank you for providing a service to us and grateful for your time.

The chick who answered the phone wasn't very friendly and it took 2 hours to get two pizzas and a damper delivered on a Tuesday night soooo

We had a surpreme pizza, really enjoyed the abundance of toppings. Pizza was fresh and yummy! Base was crunchy, we loved it! Also very affordable, well done!

Pizza was ok. If you take a topping off and add a equivalent value topping, you will be charged more. What a rip off! Not a good way to do business in a small town ripping customers off like that. There are other pizza bars around.

Absolutely delicious Pizza! Crispy base with juicy toppings just the way a pizza should be. We will definitely be enjoying your pizzas again and look forward to exploring other menu items.

A mistake to order to pickup with hours of notice. Pizza was made a bit too early, as it was not properly hot when we picked it up.

Just moved into the area, it's the first pizza shop we have tried, and it is probably going to be the only one, absolutely delicious

We had the bbq chicken pizza and now we are sickn food poisoning won't be back and if you read a few more reviews you can see many people saying pizza undercooked maybe this place should be reported.

Convenient for those Northside of Gawler or north-bound, call-in p/u. Pizzas sre reasonably priced, and substantial topping. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. Support local small businesses whenever possible.

Its a pleasure to have such a great pizza place within walking distance! Pizza was delicious, service was awesome, and the prices were certainly reasonable. We will certainly be making this our regular pizza place from now on.

Not very happy with their Pizzas lately. Asked for chilli to be added to my pizza, never tasted it.complained and got discount on next order. Asked for 9 out of 10 on next pizza.only got a slight tingle, usually 7 makes my nose run, this time NOTHING, so very very disappointed. Not sure if cook knows what to do with chilli or even what it is lol.pizzas I found a bit doughy also.won't be going back.nothing to offer me.

I am going to put this shop on notice. There were times when they served great pizza (more then a year ago) and then we were getting them with so much salt on it (some joker employed there?) or not at all, OR like last time with pizza hardly cut into squares. Trying to separate them made the whole cake falling apart. Guys, get you act together!

Great pizza's and they top them extremely well with the toppings. They do deliver to Freeling for a cost. Always friendly service, don't have to wait too long.

Service is great food is good but I ordered a cheese and bacon pizza just cheese and bacon as I love bacon. Anyway I got it and it was loaded with onion. Completely loaded so I wasn’t very happy

Don't order bacon and egg pizza the egg is always raw that is this joints only downfall at all.other pizzas from there are awesome and buy the damper youl love it.the Hawaiian is our fav and always buy 2 dampers yum.

The pizza we had was a fantastic blend of flavours. I have nothing bad to say about, and customer service was lovely

We have been buying pizzas here for a long time and the pizza's are great usually. Except for tonight, worst yet. Uncooked egg (made the pizza to soggy to eat) and massive chunks of capsicum on the other pizza that made it hard to eat.

Yeah nah it's okaaaay. Sometimes really good. Other times, it's not great. Pretty inconsistent for the price.

A small local pizza place that does reasonable to great pizzas depending on what day you go. Be prepared to repeat order if young girl at counter can't get order right and often had delivery incorrect but nothing terrible to complain about. IE order strawberry cheesecake get blueberry. When I have visitors I still come here. Menu really good. Don't like the plum sauce on the chicken wings but that's a personal thing. Drivers are always friendly.

VERY hit and miss, last time I ordered pizza the bottom of one was black it was so burnt. The manager wouldn't believe me and I eventually had to send photos of the pizza to prove my point. After seeing the photo they agreed to give me a credit on my account.

A few weeks later I ordered pizza from them once more but they have no record of giving me a credit.
