Fantastic. So happy with our new sliding gate, not only looks great but so much easier than our old barn gates. Greg and Andy did a brilliant job on the gate and Andrew was great, even when we last minute changed the frame to powder coat. Had no issues. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new gate system.

Paid 60% deposit been waiting for weeks from the day they initially said they’d installed.

Automatic Solutions committed to installing a new $3000 swing gate at 0800-0830 this morning. At 0810 they sent me an email saying they wouldn't arrive till 1: 00 PM. I didn't see this till 0900. Meantime I had disconnected the old gate automation and so the existing gate was inoperable. I eventually received a call from Andrew Robinson at 10 am to say that his team had attempted to pick up the gate from the electroplaters at 7am to find that it wasnt ready. I pointed out to Andrew that the least he should have done was to pick up the phone and speak to me. I will update this review on job completion. That said, when Angelo and Matt eventually arrived the following day they did a great job.

We had little or no security to the property you said finish by Friday.you supplied & fitted on the Wednesday (2 days early). Great work, Highly recommend with great staff, excellent clear communications by Tex & email.

Installed an automatic sliding gate and separate pedestrian gate at my property just over 6 months ago. Recently our pedestrian gate was getting 'stuck' and failing to open due to movement of one of the installed posts. I expected this company to rectify at no charge, however I was instead charged a $180 call out fee and informed that further work would be required at even further cost! Not happy.
