2Rip off, want me to pay 100$ to replace a fob that they said still working according to their computer. Staffs aren’t trained well to deal with customer And issues.
We recently visited Austronics as part of our home selections and had a consult with Gianna.
My partner and I had such a great time during our selections. Initially, I was dreading this, thinking we’d walk out with thousands worth of unwanted upgrades and upselling galore.
To my absolute surprise, I was not overwhelmed, stressed or forced into anything! We were given great information and insight, that assisted us in making our overall choices.
I also wanted to note a great option that is available; with any upgrades that you do choose, (depending on your builder) you’re able to pay separately to your build contract. This is definitely something that has assisted us, especially with house prices being so expensive!
In the future, if we do ever build again, we will be coming back because of the great experience we had and options available.
