I had a very disappointing experience with Krisel recently. I had booked in for a full body laser that was split into 2 sessions. Krisel rushed through the entire procedure (to the point of doing my face and under arms all under 1 minute), missed some key areas, and the whole appointment lasting less than 40 minutes. I have been to multiple Silk clinics before, but this was the most rushed and sloppy treatment I have ever received.

Thankfully when I raised my concern with Kylie at the reception, she was kind enough to go through the missed areas herself and provide a discount for the areas that were missed. Thanks to her, I didn’t feel like I had been completely ripped off after having driven a bit for the treatment.

Samantha Di Maria is so gentle with her injecting and a perfectionist with the lips! I highly recommend! Very very happy!

Silk Laser and Lauren at Marion are the best, all efficient and knowledgeable would not go anywhere else.

Keeps cancelling my appointments and makes me travel back and forth. Even prepared me and cancelled once. Idk if it's my luck that's so bad with them latey or it's their service, care standards and management standards diminished. Now I'm distressed and at a loss at what to do with my remaining prepaid services. Obviously I need the treatments more than ever before, because of the gaps of treatment the skin issue has returned and i feel all these months of progress maybe lost. But the trusting and warm relationship is missing. So please send me options or assurance that next time you're not going to be this careless about customer services. Not going to mess this up and send me back without treatment. Usually they call before appointments or make sure of everything going well but that's missing for a while.

Been a regular at silk laser clinic for sometime now and I have Brooke for all my sessions. She’s amazing, caring and makes you feel so comfortable.

Had my under arm removal last week. I was very happy with the result so far. Im back for bikini this time and hopefully will be all good. Im glad i am doing laser removal now. I now wish ive listen to my friends and have done it before. So happy with lee's service. Gentle and always ready to listen to my concerns. Hopefully this will be a start of so many appointments.

I've had 6 treatments and im very happy with the results. Georgia's been awesome very friendly and thorough, love her work.

My treatment experience with Brooke was absolutely brilliant. She has excellent attention to detail and is very caring. I felt really looked after throughout my entire treatment and she made me feel really comfortable and at ease.

Extremely disappointed with the Marion Downstairs Silk Laser Clinic. I purchased 4 peels however each time a different technique by the girls who seem to rush the appointments and some even skimped on products that were supposed to be applied during the treatment.
They also are not aware that some clients such as myself do not want chit chat in their ear whilst trying to relax. That and their very load radio music does not make for a peaceful appointment
Girls at reception are very rude and cold and should learn to smile once in a while.
I will never give my hard earned cash to this place again and would not recommend.

I have followed Kristen for years now. She is my favourite skin therapist. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of skin. Always has a smile on her face and would follow her to any place of employemnt.

Over the past year I have been into the clinic on a number of occasions for 4 different treatments. The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have never been kept waiting more than a few minutes. All my treatments have given positive results and I was told exactly what to expect. I couldn't recommend the team highly enough.

Always a great visit at Marion with friendly staff. Hair removal is very successful here and love the treatment for the face. Microdermabrasion, botox and needling some of my favourites. 50 years young thanks to Marion Skin clinic.

The staff at Australian skin clinics Marion are well educated in procedures, protocols and treatments. Their hygiene levels are outstanding. They make every effort to understand my needs. They go above and beyond helping to meet those needs. I'm always made to feel valued and important; not just a number or a dollar value. Thanks ASC Marion.
