7Excellent customer service with a wealth of knowledge. Not pushing to sell anything that you don't actually need, and give honest, helpful advice. Clearly child restraint safety is their focus, not money; unlike other businesses.
Staff are always willing to help and give advice on hiring for my interstate visitors needs - prices are reasonable for hiring and fitting service gives me peace of mind - and im helping out a worthwhile charity
Terrible customer service. Couldn't answer simple questions in regards to car seats. Took ages to serve me, and then really wasn't interested in helping me. It a shame as this was always my go to place to get car seats and have previously recommended then to other people.
The baby capsule hire and fitting services were available when we needed it and for that we were truly grateful.

The car seat costs the same at Baby Bunting, but the added bonus of having professional installation and one year follow up service included means this presents excellent value. Not to mention, the money goes to a good cause. All in all, highly recommend!

FANTASTIC. Although my Granddaughter was not tall enough to have the seat turned around, the ladies at the Red Cross were so lovely and the service was the BEST I've had in Adelaide for a VERY long time. I will be back.
