Australian Red Cross reviews
11Visited yesterday, never again! Overpriced charity shop whose items are donated! Rude staff especially the 2 on the purchase counter, couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge me or stop their conversation between themselves!
Nice place with a coffee shop and three other op shops to make you stay and browse through them all, But given that position they really need to think about building public toilets there as there aren't any, meaning you have to walk across the road into Findon shopping centre for toilets! If they really want customers there, having toilets conveniently close by would be the way to go. Otherwise you'll have people holding their bladders and something else which I won't say on here! But you get the idea.
I love Red Cross.
The ladies and fellows that work there are lovely, a great range of all sorts of clothing, shoes, gifts bric a brac, kitchenware, all at good prices
A pleasure for my daughters and I, to shop there.
The store itself is pretty good but the staff do not know customer service or personal space /social distancing I have had the same lady basically push me out the way a couple times and leaning over in front of me. A simple excuse me or just waiting 5 seconds while I pick up the item I was looking at.
Nice shop. However staff are not customer service oriented. The lady that served me at counter didnt even say hello or thanks. Maybe it was the end of the day but its not a good look.
Also the staff in that store I feel sorry to those that have a good and friendly ways of showing respect to the customers that get in and shop.they should just remember though NOT to judged the way people dress to shop there NOT because your wearing RUGGY CLOTHES Your a thief … I really feel disappointed to the point that I do not want to come back in the shop again cause You can hear the very rude staff saying " watch her close" and for a piece of 8 dollars singlets. I ask politely if I could get it for 5 buck.the lady said. "we paying for rent here and such! What ever price that it! That is after buying close to 100 bucks worth of stuff. Its makes You feel SAD! As its a good Will shop after all.
Hot tip: Salvos and Vinnies are in the same complex. Head there down for op-shops galore!
While I didn’t find my thing for myself, there was a good selection for the kids and large book area if you’re after second-hand read.
It’s smaller than the other two stores in the complex but it’s worth having a look while you’re there.
A really well set out store, tidy and organised with great displays. Seemed to be lots of staff. Some things were over priced. For example, a used Witchery dress - $30. A good kids range
Great store i was looking for paintings/pictures that are displayed for easy viewing
Friendly staff and just a well presented store
9/10
I love books and I find a lot of book's at the red cross next to nothing.it's better than the library because I get to keep the books. I love the red cross.
Good shop for shopping for second hand clothes and accessories well laid out people seem friendly.
