Visited APC to order a small number of pavers for an extension to my existing pathway. Terry was able to show me a sample of the product and place the order. As it was only a small order, it was cheaper for me to collect them from the factory. Terry made the arrangements and gave me a good price. Excellent service, thank you!

Have returned to APC Ottoway to purchase retaining wall bricks as the service provided by Terry the first time round was excellent, very informative and assisted greatly

Had to wait 15 for the bloke to finish doing what he was doing when we were the only customers in the store. Then was greeted to the most awful customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

I deal with APC Port Adelaide on a daily basis and being from the industry i know the staff very well. Both the manager and his staff are renowned for excellent customer service. Some days APC Pt Adelaide is an extremely busy place, but i am happy to wait to get expert advice plus i prefer the one on one attention APC offer. Randell is a great guy! Always ready to help even when it gets busy he won't forget ya. Nothing is too difficult for him. High quality blocks, orders come in quickly and excellent customer service. Our landscaping company buys from him only in many years. Definite recommendation!

I'm in Sydney and needed a specific size paver and was unable to find them until I found APC. Randall went out of his way to assist me and prepare everything for shipping and made me feel at ease about everything. I've since reordered more pavers on 2 occasions with the same service and attention to detail. Randall helped me overcome a complex issue when no one else had a clue how to help. Bought some seconds as I didn't need first grade for my job. I didn't expect first class as the price reflected this but I was very surprised at the consistency and quality even as seconds. Even though it was only a small quantity, salesperson took ample time to discuss with me. If only customer service elsewhere was like this. I have been in the landscaping industry for 25+ years. In all that time I have dealt with the guys at APC. Their service has been second to none, their product knowledge is outstanding and they have a product to suit any application. Highly recommended.

Fantastic staff over at Port Adelaide, very helpful with my request for pavers for my back yard. Everything was priced very well in comparison to other paving facilities. Had a great experience as this organisation made the work easy and helped provide me with good tradies who did the job in a great and efficient manner.would defiantly recommend.

I purchased 3 pallet of salmon colour pavers but I noticed it was not strong enough to walk on it even. It was company second but not happy with this stock.please be carefull guys before u buy from this place. I weste my money not only on pavers but also labour and material.
