Lachlan was very patient and super professional with our hundreds of questions. Other couple of places, as soon they heard we were building it, they just didn’t want to help us. Our wall (only two bricks high 400mm but approximately 25mt long) is now very good and neat. We highly recommend APC Parafield Garden for price, knowledge, customer service and professionalism. 5stars

Just shopped at APC Parafield Gardens. We were served by Lachlan and were blown away at his amazing customer service. Nothing was an issue. As owners of a company who know how hard it is to get good employees we hope the owners know how lucky they are. Hands down would give Lachlan a job any day.

Called today to make enquiries regarding particular sized pavers. Was told that they could be ordered in but if I needed them sooner I could try a different business and was given their number. Extremely happy with the helpfulness of staff. Wonderful business!

Terry was a great help with organising what we needed for our retaining wall. We'll be back soon for our next part of the project!

My partner and just bought our pavers for drive, perimeter and backyard. I really can't recommend these guys enough. Terry spent all the time we needed explaining all the pavers and generally went over and above to ensure that we got the right pavers for the job. He also recommend and then followed up with contractors on our behalf.

Went today for the first time and the customer service was absolutely excellent. Lots of great pavers to choose from although we only wanted simple ones.

The man answered all of our paving questions and gave us a great deal on the pavers we wanted. Even trusted us to take the correct amount without coming and supervising (which we did!).

Would highly recommend this company.

Where do I start? From the get go - great service, they let me wander through their displays uninterrupted then the moment I walked in to discuss my project, they were on it. They gave heaps of advice Re the French design in budget pavers which is what we were after. Then our paver installer got delayed with his previous job and Terry and Melissa held back our delivery till we could get a new installer - they also gave us contacts of some of their recommended installers. Just awesome service - they really do go out of their way to make sure you leave their business happy. We have at least another 2 projects in the future. We know where we’re going for our product. Thank you Terry and Melissa. Will add photos when project is complete.
