Australian Hearing Marion

I had a missed call from the Marion store, had big problem get back to talk to the staff who rang me
Incoming defences are too much
I left a message and no answer
I am still waiting to return their call

I needed to be able to hear the TV without disturbing others with loud volume. As a DVA client they listened to my needs and fitted me out with a great set of Bluetooth headphones, that even can be used with my mobile or corded too.
I was treated with dignity and the Audiologist was very helpful

Hearing test was 4 stars but I was left to make a choice of hearing aid with almost no information to base it on - 1 star.

I went in for a hearing test, got told my hearing was above average. I went home, was not convinced, so then I went to the GP then ENT. The ENT told me I was dipping to hearing loss in my right ear, which was what I was experiencing. Both the ENT and GP (which I had gone to before) used a tuning fork as part of the hearing assessment, and seemed to be surprised that the audiologist at Australian Hearing didn't. The GP expressed skepticism at the legitimacy of the test at Australia hearing marion too, since the results were not presented in a format the ENT and the GP had expected. There may be a good explanation for the discrepancies between the diagnoses. Nevertheless, these were my experiences. Take from that what you will.

Just wanting to let people know what a great service the people @ Australian Hearing Marion have given my mum.
They have always gone above & beyond in customer service with a very personal feel especially when I burst into tears while paying an account for my mother as my father had just passed away.
The compassion & caring I was shown is why I have written this review as it is hard to find good customer with a good product to assist those with hearing problems
