This is a nice little Post office. The Staff have been always helpful, I appreciate their assistance. Inside everything looks in order and items are easy to find and get to. They have specials on many items, check out what they sell,

The most archaic opening hours of a postal outlet in the nation. This outlet serves 22,000 permanent residents and yet it is closed on Saturday morning, doesn't open til 9am. I had a cheap parcel trapped here for over two weeks, despite having a second delivery to my home the SAME DAY that was left outside. Could not reach them to explain to them I have a Parcel Post address just outside, would not transfer the $30 item to their own secure box. Annoying! Makes no sense. One text said it would be left, then an email said it would be taken to the post office, a third text asked me if I was Ok leaving it outside and asked me where. No consistency! Time to open for a few hours Saturday, not everyone on Victor is a retired nanna, some of us work.

15/10 for customer service that went over and above anything I expected. I left my name and number because I was interested in some items that were hopefully coming into the shop. They rang and said they had put one of everything in the range away for me until I got in later that day. There were a couple of items that I hadn’t mentioned but was interested in - the girls are currently trying to order them in from another post office for me. Can’t speak highly enough of the VH post office staff

Friendly and helpful staff. Not typical government employees at all.
