Very friendly and helpful team, makes for a very pleasant experience dropping off our packages.

All I can say is they are really helpful and friendly staff a post office can have, help me with all my passport needs like Photo I. D for and my family. They don't process passport but help and give me advice on what to do and get all the documents also where to go and lodge a passport.
This is also where I get my parcel and packaged from online shopping. Easy to deal with and happy to help you. Highly recommended post office

Best experience of life in a Post office, Much better service then corporate post offices we should support these small business.

The friendliest staff out of any post office I've been to in the entire state. I was purchasing a single stamp and felt a bit silly but I wasn't treated like less of a person for the small purchase. I've also sent mail through this post office too. I find that other post offices around are quite cold when it comes to customer service unfortunately.

Love that kilburn Post Office is open on Saturday mornings till 4pm. Have always received great service. Very educated staff

This is a great post office is. They gave me my package, tracking is amazing. Would recommend. Always found the staff here are pleasant and happy to help.

Yesterday I was assisted by Maninder who was incredibly helpful and assisted me with some paperwork. Despite it being busy he was very patient and polite. Because of his fantastic service he made my day so much easier, thank you!

First of all, the post card was in my mail box and i only see it today. Poor service. As I Came to pick a parcel that was long due. I dont mind it been send back. It was an urgent parcel to be collect but I dont know who send it to me. I got told that ‘It has been long long back’. How would I know that the post card was in my mail box. Usually, post staff slot it in our door. They could have call the person who deliver or call me to pick it up. But they did not. Every parcel have the recipient contact number

The best And kind people, that will always help, all, things in post office, passport, lotto, many, books, and magazines, wonderful service, they are very helpful, good hours 9 to 5, Saturday's 9am to 4pm.i would not go any where else, banking, bills, anything, for postage, spot on rates. I could not be any more pleased, with the new owners, hope they stay for many years to come, very hard to find to find good people like the Kilburn post office staff. Gary Bright. A A A PLUS.

Rude service, like I was inconvenienceing her. Was too focused on her computer and only gave me short replies. Literally looked toward the exit as if telling me to leave.

Worst customer service imaginable. LIke the soup nazi from that Seinfeld episode, except he was making something good people wanted. I just want my mail without such a drama.seriously, I actually try and avoid the post office now

Very friendly staff, they allow pickup without cards (ID Check) and even help with friendly advice, very nice friendly attitude to go with the LPO

Worst customer service experience ever! The Chinese lady behind the counter is so rude! No welcome greeting or friendly service at all. I was next in line and she dagard me and said 'you want to pay for that? ' In such a rude way so I responded 'no don't worry' and walked out! Will never go here again! Because of her I will now revert back to paying for everything online!

Staff are very friendly and helpfull, quick to sort our your needs. Have seen them persist in explaining the obvious to some other challenged customers while waiting in line staff are dedicated to good relations. I visit often and have never been unhappy with services offered.
