12Got charged $18.50 to post a 2.4 kilo small package when I checked on the website it should of been $14.10 so check price before you go to post office so I won’t be going there again not happy.
Like the previous reviewer I choose to go to Port Noarlunga Post Office because it offers the best service and extended trading hours in the local district.
There has been a change of ownership and I'm happy to report the new owners offer the same great service.
The gift store section has lovely seaside themed products and local cards and craft offerings plus the fabulous history of Pt Noarlunga books written by Lita Martella.
Staff were very friendly.
The post office sold cute little beach themed statues as well
Whilst I was explaining to someone about the reason I travel to the Port Noarlunga Post Office in preference to the one that I'm closer to at Seaford, it occurred to me that I need to add this review.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful, their customer service is second to none! They are open really convenient hours - including Saturday mornings and it's easy to find parking close by when I'm juggling parcels to drop in.
Great Service, Open on a Saturday morning unlike my Local (that did open on Sat mornings. But that changed Due to Covid!)
This Little post office is a God Send for the Ebayer.

Didn't really know what I was doing as I never post things. The lady was very helpful and patient. Great service. I dred going to the post office as they are usually grumpy and make you feel like a burden but not this post office. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly. Had to get a cheque for another business services. They advised of other methods of payment even if it meant that they would lose a sale or some further profit. This shows me that they are honest kind people. I have dealt with them on many occasions and they have always been happy to assist me. I drive past the other local post offices and go out of my way to use their service due to their commitment to their customers! Thanks Guys.
No waiting in queues like at Seaford, and no attitude from the staff unlike at Seaford. It may be further to get to but will always prefer to go to Port Noarlunga.
