7New owners since around March 2023 and the difference is like night and day. Friendly, helpful, will go out of their way to help if you need it. They work hard to keep their queue down which is nice, you don’t get that in many places. Usually you just have to wait.
Since Andy and family have taken over the Two Wells PO is thriving, such friendly staff and great service. I’m so glad I made the switch from Virginia.
Ok, so you all know I work here, so maybe I am biased, but the difference we've seen from customers has been night and day since Andy and Abbie have taken over. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and look forward to welcoming new faces to our small LPO.
I've been a customer of the post office for 30+ years now and finally it has people behind the counter who care about the customers and are doing a great job to build the reputation again

Would have be the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Unfriendly service, often feels like they are doing you a favour and not their actual job. Slow processing times once they have parcels. It’s a horrible experience having to attend to pick anything up - dread it. Happy to now have all parcels and mail redirected so I don’t have to attend this PO again.
