Slowly getting improved by Council with some mulch and plantings to trees and diversity, but otherwise still a fairly boring expanse of unused turf. In summer the roses and crepe myrtles are quite nice.

A nice open space with beautiful rose gardens in the spring time. We take the dog here for a run.

Austral Park is an open grassed areas with trees and rose beds. The park forms a fan-shape around by three streets. It’s a good place to rest and relax. The beautiful central circular rose gardens are full of flowers in bloom in the summer. There are many big white parrots and other birds. Street parking available on all three streets surrounding the park.

Too many people leave dog poo. Rubbish bin needs to be emptied more frequently.
