Have been buying my beef here over the last couple years. Exceptional customer service. Was not happy with one of the products and they exchanged it without any questions asked. Will continue to shop and recommend Austral Meat. Keep up the great work.

These guys are now making the beef tomato bacon and cheese sausages, they are awesome don't cook them to hot or the cheese blows out, you will be a legend legend at aBBQ inwith these puppies

Renovations are huge improvement from old little shop

Came in today, excellent customer service thank you Mackenzie, great presentation of products. Had our scotch fillets tonight, 12 out of 10. Yum, yum, yum. Thanks guys, you never let us down with your quality of your goods. Worth our drive, we are not local.

Been shopping here for many years prior to and now with the new retail shop. I have no idea what you do to red cuts of meat because its consistently tasteless compared to other butchers. Had to migrate permanently to a different butcher. Such a let down.

Fantastic choice of Wagyu meats. Stone Axe is probably the best kettle money can buy and Rump cap is my favourite cut - simply stunning quality. The shop is super clean and the staff is very friendly - I'm coming back!

Went in to purchase a rib eye roast with At least 5 rib then asked them if they could cut them into separate steaks was then told if I wanted it in steaks I needed to buy them at the at the rate of steak at $53.00 per kg instead of roast price of $46.00 per kg how ridiculous when i am buying a $140 peice of meat.will not be shopping here again. Very disappointing!

Excellent variety of all sorts of meat, smallgoods, ready meals etc. I picked up a wonderful marinated bolar roast that I roasted in the oven and it came out spectacularly. I can't wait to try the ribs, sausages, other kinds of roasts and whatnot because this butcher shop has it all. Definitely worth a browse! Service is nice too. They offer to bring boxes of meat to my car (I buy bulk sausages for work barbecues here - very popular!).

Crazy time of year, but this place has it together. I had a chance to observe staff working with customers, difficult and otherwise to the best of their abilities, and manager should be impressed!

Went into expecting massive waits being such a popular shop. The staff were so lovely and served everyone super efficiently. Special mention to Monique who served me! She deserves a pay rise & also to the staff member who served the lady who was super rude expecting the staff to cut up a large amount of meat for her at a bulk price TWO days before Christmas LOL

From a person that used to work on a cattle station and loves meat i have found my new favorite shop. Love the quality, freshness, price and friendly staff. OMFG HEAVEN IS ON EARTH AT THIS SHOP.

They are bigger and better than ever! You have to see the new shop. Everything you could ever want. They even have ready to eat pasta! Awesome meats. Great prices. If you need meat for a rotisserie then get your skewer there and ask them to put the meat on for you. Make sure you do it earlier in the week so it's ready but they will wrap an amazing piece of meat on there for you. Truly awesome local business.

Haven't been here for a while and was nice to see a big change with the set up and display of aged meats?
And prices weren't too expensive.
