Austral Bricks Golden Grove

Walked out, poor service, building a house won't be buying from here. Quality products, disappointed.

These bricks are an inferior product compared to Pgh! They are brittle and crack. Can’t even break half with trowel without brick shattering and losing your sanity and money. Do yourself a favour and don’t use these

They suddenly fired me. I started to work last week. They said they changed to make products and I have no position. Why they hired me from last week. This is ridiculous. I don't get it. I'm upset. I worked polite.

Fix your phone system! Tried calling a few times and tried option 1 4 times, option 2 once and received a horrible beeping sound, then after 10 seconds or so it hangs up?

Friendly staff. Great range of products.
Easy to deal with. The staff at Golden Grove were contacted over a issue. The issue was resolved within 4hrs and the job could continue.

Faulty bricks delivered and INSTALLED in our home. No recompense.
External colour also chips easily, rub marks on outer edges exposing the under colour, bricks with many faults used. And faulty bricks with obvious press-marks were installed in 50% of our house. Atrocious quality and service, it is a shame a large home builder like Hickinbotham does not demand better from their suppliers.
