Appalling customer service. The lady I just spoke to on the phone (Sharon) was flat at rude and would not help in the slightest. I got one word answers the whole time and a terrible tone of voice. We used these guys a month ago for a simple job and all was fine. Upon calling today to book in a similar job I was told that this job couldn’t be done via credit card and I needed an account with me. Upon stating that I was happy for an account to be setup, she quickly told me ‘that was going to be too hard and take too much time’. Aussiefast, you seriously need to be doing some customer service training with your staff! It sounds like they are trying to lose you business instead of gaining it.

Aussie fast are a great company helpful kind and prompt with getting freight delivered in very timely manner. Either if it be customer service or operations always willing to help! Highly recommend!

I contacted Aussie Fast today, late morning, for a same day collection at 4pm. The phone officer was efficient and friendly, the quote was very reasonable and my item was delivered to me around an hour later, from the other side of town. The delivery person Steve, was well presented, helpful and friendly. I definitely rate my experience 5 star.

My wife tried to get some boxes picked up that Aussiefast had previously picked up and delivered to an accountant! For which they were paid! They refused to pick them up from the accountant after declining to accept credit card payment! She said so you are not going to pick them up and she was told they would not pick them up! They will now never use Aussiefast again!

I sold a family member's mobility scooter to an elderly couple who contacted Aussiefast to transport it 15km to their aged care home.
Aussiefast arrived for the pickup 1 hour late in a large truck. A ute, van or small truck could easily have transported the scooter.
Aussiefast charged the elderly couple who are pensioners $165 cash to do the job. Disgusting.

I do pickups here regularly and enjoy the usually fast services. Have not had any issues with working near forklift operators as they are good operators who take care with what they are doing

Wendy and the team are super professional and helpful. I regularly use them to book courier deliveries and they always prompt and provide a great service. Would highly recommend.
