I am so thankful to have come by Aurelie and her practice. After only a couple of sessions I feel loads lighter.
My sessions with her are like a warm hug, I can air my thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement, and the work we do on the table is fascinating and Aurelie will explain to me what she needs to explain as we progress. Aurelie has a strong gift to heal your body pain, but also your mind and deeper your soul. She's incredibly talented to "feel you". Session might be some times pretty intense, but then you will feel so good and in peace with yourself and your body.

Aurelie is caring and focused. As my first experience of kinesiology, I've been very pleased she's been able to touch upon older emotional baggage that's been coming up for me and giving particular flower essences to help support me in daily life, made specially for my current needs. When searching for a kinesiologist, I didn’t take the process lightly. I did my research and Aurelie seemed the best fit for my 10 year old son who had terrible anxiety and was showing ADHD symptoms. I didn’t want to go to down the medication route if I didn’t have to. As his mother I needed to try all other avenues before coming to that decision. Aurelie is warm, gentle and so very wise. We leave each appointment, both my son and I feeling we have a huge weight lifted off our shoulders.
My sons exact words were ‘the world needs more people like Aurelie and he wishes everyone was more like her and he is feeling SO happy’ another time My son had one of the best weeks I could remember, he had slept through the night every night! He came up to me and said
'can we get Aurelie something to say thank you, because she has pretty much helped my whole life, I can do so much now and not be scared'. These are the words of 10 year old who before seeing Aurelie was crippled with anxiety and constant worry. Sometimes we have to drag him to his appointments but he is always so grateful and relieved after each session. I just can’t recommend her highly enough. I’m so happy that I tried Kinesiology with Aurelie! Having a few sessions with her helped me identify and let go of key issues in my life that had been stopping me from accepting and moving forward in certain areas of my life. I walk out of each session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
