They asked me to give a 5* review before invoicing for an exchange of a little discount. What I learnt is their 5* reviews come from a little discount for their small amount buyers while they cheat and make more money from their large quantity buyers. Use your judgement before dealing with these folks who can't even speak English.

Michael and his team were very helpful. They provided samples of tiles to take home to see how it suited our house. Prices were very competitive and Michael also put me in touch with Sahil, who was a great tiler. Very happy with the products and the service

If you want to get cheated by some Chinese, this is the place to be. They sold me 60 sq.m of wall tiles as floor tiles which my licensed tiler won't install (see box and invoice). Total Loss.

We received excellent service. The staff went out of their way to obtain some discontinued floor tiles for us. These had to come from interstate but the price was very reasonable and delivery was on time. Shellvey is a super customer service person but all staff were friendly and there were no hiccups.

They are up to date with modern contemporary design, competitive price, and can store your tiles for up to 2 months.
They are also willing to replace or refund broken boxes of tiles.
We ordered 600x300 tiles to cover living and kitchen.

Supplied wrong tiles, the tiler installed the wrong tiles and now they wont pay. Dodgy make sure u check what u buy

Have purchased a lot of tiles from this company and recommended them to colleagues and friends - however they do not honour their warranty. Purchased approx 80sqm of tiles from them in 2015 and had them installed by professional tiler. In 2017, the surface of some tiles started cracking, then one by one more and more tiles have been cracking. Have spoken to them about it on multiple occasions, but they have refused to do anything about it. Poor quality and poor backup company. Buyers beware - they do not back their product up if you have an issue. Will not recommend or use them again.
