AVOID AVOID AVOID Sooo sooo bad ran by all ignorant Indians. Rude and no customer service. Doctor messed up my prescription. The pharmacy called him an he refused to help. Asked me to go back in to see him. And he tried to recharge me for his screw up.

Rang to make an appointment for my family and wasnt even through with asking the question "if they had any appointments today" when i was rudely interrupted with "not now"? And told "not today or tomorrow". Wow! Your customer skills need an overhaul! So unprofessional and super rude. Guy sounded like he would rather be anywhere in the world but there.so glad i dodged that clinics bullet!

A lovely courteous competent & timely consult today.

Dr Grewal spoke to me on the phone and said I could come in. Once in his office, he took my Medicare details then told me he couldn’t help me and wasn’t accepting new patients? My reason for seeing him was for a simple referral. Ushered me out without doing anything or listening to what I had come for. Checked Medicare later and he charged $140. Medicare scam.

Worst medical centre ever. You could have charged for a mask. Walked out of your establishment and went to ED got free mask and was seen free by a Dr.

I cant fault the pathology lady who did my blood test here this morning. Even tho she had to research some of the tests, as there were many, she then flawlessly found a vein first go & proceeded to fill the multiple viles. Very much appreciated.

Just took my 6 month old baby for his immunisations. Fantastic service. Yes the building and rooms are old but the doctors and nurses are great. Doctor accessed my little one first to make sure he was happy for him to have the needle- very thorough. Then the two nurses doing the immunisations were wonderful. Weighed and check all of baby’s measurements and were so gentle and helpful. Reception staff were also great.
We are from interstate and we’re just passing through needing immunisations, and so glad we booked in here.

The worst clinic I've ever been. Facilities were very worned off. Patient bed in the GP rooms were covered with dirty cloths and no sanitising sheet provided to each patient. The receptionist was not helpful. Nurses didn't wear gloves when injecting vaccine. When asked nurses questions, had no answers. No knowledge about what they are doing.

Don’t even bother went in for medical advise and was told “I think it’s this”. No tests no further investigation just I think. Then charged $65 for a medical certificate which is not bulk billed. Expensive piece of paper.

Never had a long wait yet and already had quite a few appointments. Dr Sultana is terrific - so thorough. Got to the bottom of my problems and has only ever been extremely polite and nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

Terrible communication by all staff members. Arrived at my appointment time of 9.30am and was not seen until 45 minutes after that appointment time. No explanation as to why there was such a lengthy delay or no apologies until I questioned the delay, apparently the Dr was late to work. Would not use this facility unless you have a whole day to waste.

Absolute worst reception staff.
Poor communication and looked like they forgot about my booking so was waiting for an hour to be seen after having bro approach them about the wait. Wasn't overly impressed with medical consultation either.

I have been very happy with the medical attention I've received at this clinic. These guys are genuinely committed to looking after their patients.

I would not even waste my time with these guys you sit there and wait for an hour and the doctor dose not even want to listen to you.
