6We were going to go to a hearing appointment on the 30th of August, a lady called me and the way she spoke wasn't the way a person would speak to a first time customer.
Good service the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend any body if they need a hearing test.

We provide hearing services under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program - pensioners and private clients. To be able to receive hearing health services under Voucher programs, customers must meet specific eligibility criteria outlined by the Government.
Had to get my hearing check, and I went to AudioClinic as my doctor said it was where to go. Staff there are great and helful.
Overall company is very good and services are very good. But company is getting one star because of their one of the staff Sarah Martin. She does’t know customer services or any other things in terms of patients. It’s all about Karma. The thing you do, the thing you will get back. Good luck.
