Audika Christies Beach

Both my elderly parents have been looked after by Audika hearing clinic at Christies Beach by previously Adam and now senior audiologist Amrita Kumar for many years, keeping us up to date with the latest innovative technologies. We're a Dutch multilingual family and my parents struggle with their English, this however was not a problem as Amrita with great patience and kindness explained Audika's new product range covered under the latest government changes, these models have a robotic function which automatically compensates to prevent over sensory which especially mum struggled with in public places. Both my parents are absolutely satisfied with their new hearing aids, especially my mother who now tends to engage in conversation more publicly and not shy away anymore, thank you Amrita.and also Sherry in reception, she's absolutely lovely and organized the whole appointment, thank you so much!

I don't have experience with any other hearing clinic to compare. However my experience here has been excellent. I have been a customer for 8 years approx and each contact has been professionally handled. Staff are pleasant and helpful

Very friendly caring staff. Reception staff did not hesitate to apply first aid to my mum after a fall en route to an appointment. Always pleasant and attentive to mums queries, questions.

If you need someone to care about your hearing this is the place to go. Adam, I think that's his name, is so sincere about your hearing, and also great prices for us oldies.

Very experienced ladies. Very friendly & went out of their way to get my hearing aids ready for me before we left. Very pleased with their service.
