Josh is absolutely % amazing. He is willing to help out with clothes and anything else you require. Even RSA! Highly recommend this place. Best employment group by far. Always wants to listen and treat you with respect, no matter how old you are! Both my daughter and I get treated with respect everytime! The way it should be.

So far Josh from atWork Australia has been nothing but helpful, insightful and extremely caring. Not only is he pushing me in all the right directions with my work searches and support but also has gone above and beyond in asking after the health of my daughter before and after her surgery. Which was extremely appreciated in a difficult time for me. Would highly recommend if your in the Elizabeth area to use him as your job coach.

As a single parent, I have trouble finding good, stable work that allows me to be there for my child. Not many Job Coaches get that.

Josh Burlison, not only understood the issues i was facing but he has put in the work to help me find something suitable. He listens to what I need and has provided me with tools and services to set me up for success.

Been waiting for a call back now for a week they want to stop my payments but they cant reyurn a important call messing with peoples finances isnt very professional i try to do whats needed but hard when the other end stating all these policies cant abide by them good work guys good work

My job coach leanne is the best goes out of her way to help me, she looks for jobs for me, she ring me to ask if I would go for a job and she works around me to help me with look for jobs

VERY VERY RACIST people here especially the manager Chloe, if you're any other colour apart from WHITE, she will treat you like garbage. DO NOT USE THEM! Reviews do not allow a ZERO star rating otherwise I would choose -100 for them. BTW they never help you with jobs, all their staff are inexperienced and must go through their "manager" for every little thing. If you don't accept a job from them, you get treated even worse.think twice before signing up with them

I did couple of training and they delayed the reimbursement again and again with various reasons. I still didn't receive the reimbursement at all. I had other job support services, atwork is the worst, due to the reimbursement and the horrible call answer through 1300 number

Called today, WAITED over 10 minutes on the phone to the call centre who rang every phone number in the office site for assistance and not one call was answered! Very poor customer service

I was transfered to them from yourtown because i was diagnosed with autism and yourtown rated me as level E and said i would get better support there. Ive been with them for ages and they havent done anything for me. They tell me "there's no jobs available/no ones looking, etc" yet I've gotten myself 3 jobs since i started with them. They look to just push you over the threshold of 15 hours so they can write you off as a success even if they didnt get you the job. I just stopped going to my appointments because all they do is lie to me during them saying they're "always looking for jobs to help me" and then we sit there in silence for the half hour while i watch them SEARCH FOR JOBS. I have a part-time job now and haven't told them because i wont let them write me off as a success brcause they never helped me get it. I was suppose to get driving test help, petrol vouchers, everything was promised but never got and every time i brought it up they had "forgotten " even though they wrote it down on a sticky note every. Single. Appointment. Im so sick of it. Dont go here. I beg you if you actually want help and to get a job.
