Atlas Event & Party Hire

We are very disappointed with Altas's service. We spoke to your office earlier in the week and requested that Atlas did not deliver the gas bottle heaters on Friday for the wedding on the Saturday, as we had another wedding on Friday.   I said Thursday or Saturday morning would be better.

Your staff assured me that it would be fine and they would put the delivery as the first delivery Friday morning around 9am

We are very disappointed  that your delivery  team arrived at 11.05am just as the ceremony was supposed to start. As a result we had to delay the start of this couples wedding ceremony until your staff were finished.

I spoke to the delivery driver and he said he did not have any instructions that this was to be the first delivery for the day. It was delivered last.

This is totally unprofessional and  unacceptable practice by your  company and  extremely upsetting for us that your company has interrupted the wedding ceremony of our guests, given I had  made the effort to contact your office to avoid this exact situation occurring and we were given assurance by your staff that this situation would be avoided.

We will not be recommending your business to any other of our weddings and events in the future.

To say we are very unhappy is an understatement.

Atlas assisted us with our daughters wedding. The staff were exceptionally helpful and patient. On the day they were efficient and polite. A pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend them

Would not recommend! After countless attempts from the useless staff employed to correct a job I was paying them for, I finally spoke to the owner who verbally abused me then hung up on me! Nothing was ever fixed, no refund, no discount. NOTHING I'm now out of pocket A lot of money for half a job.never again!

Fantastic company. Super organised and great equipment. Superb outcome for our home party. Changed Dates for Covid were not a problem.

Big thank you to the guys at Atlas for providing the chairs for my partners funeral and helping to transform my back yard into a beautiful and comfortable area to celebrate his life and for people to say goodbye. I can't recommend them highly enough - great price, great people and great service.

Excellent service. Quality of the hired goods looked a bit older than the photos. My husband organised everything and we have nothing but the best service. Thank you. Please get slightly newer stuff because your service is amazing.

Good, sort of. Few issues with our order. The glasses were short supplied and slightly dirty and they tried to say I broke them. I categorically didn’t break anything the box was 5 short. They just wouldn’t listen.

Anyway that spoilt things a lot. Then I got real attitude from them about something they didn’t collect from my house. Like I’d tried to steal it. It was a drinks tray that was stacked with everything else. Their delivery/pick up guys missed it. As if I’d want to steal a drinks tray.

Anyway the actual hiring process was ok. Just check everything so you don’t get caught out.

Average service. Scuffed equipment supplied for a very important function for my partner. Wouldn’t listen when we raised our concerns. Given how competitive the marketplace is for hiring I expect my partner to be treated with respect.
