Atlantis Lounge Bar

It is very spacious. Has enough space for a mini dance floor inside, near the aquarium. Big space out the back as well. There is a bar inside and another outside. Staff are attentive. There is a good variety of drinks, alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages. We had a catered event, food was nice - came out quick and still very warm, so it was good reception from guests.

It’s a nice place but bathrooms are unkept broken toilet seat ect. Also they have electrical tape covering the price on the eftpos machine so you don’t actually know how much you are paying when buying drinks? Surely that’s illegal step it up

The fries were absolutely delicious and the cocktails were really cool (some were a tad overpriced)

Held my 60th party here and can't recommend this place highly enough. Blaise was very helpful in final preparations, Jack and his team behind the bar were super, didn't try the cocktails but plenty of my guests did!

Pretty poor when you take bookings for birthdays or functions but won’t cut the music for speeches or birthday cake.
However, The food and atmosphere was very good.

The owners are very lovely and accommodating. The staff are also very friendly and non judgemental.
Um the bubble gum frozen cocktail is a game changer

It was ok but I just can't comprehend why these venues think it's necessary to play music so loud you literally can't talk to the person next to you - in the beer garden!

Attended the Atlantis for a work function which was supposed to go from 6 - 7: 30. Told two different waiters that we wanted our food for 6: 30, when asked where our food was at 7: 10 they said they were too busy so it'll be out shortly. It was then asked again at 7: 45 and were given two different answers saying they didn't know we were ready for food and that the fryers weren't working. Honestly the worst customer service, weren't even apologetic at all and honestly ruined the whole vibe of the venue!
If you can't cater for functions then don't book them!

Incredible experience! Communication was fantastic from our first enquiry. Great venue, delicious food and brilliant service. We had a suprise 18th party and it was a complete hit. Blaise, Matt and the team went above & beyond. Highly recommended

Was surprised that smoking and vaping was indoors and not in designated area.

Bar people were a little dishonest regarding drink prices - paid $35 for a glass of Moscato and a beer.

"Absolutely" loved the fish tank though - "Fantastic" structure - something to tell your friends about.

Odd. I can see what they tryed todo with the bar but it just looks tacky. Fish are dope but tank is too small for that many big fish.

Literally asked me to pay for sparkling water $3.50.
Can of coke is cheaper in the shop.

I love the ambiance. But that was very disappointing

Very poor customer service, booked a booth a month prior, all okay. We were out for dinner before hand and it ran a little late which was out of our control. Called up and advised staff we were going to be half an hour late and gave 1.5hr notice before booking time we were running only 30mins late. We arrived and found we lost our booth and were offered a table too small so 3 of us had to stand as there was no room to sit. We left 10mins later and went elsewhere. Wont be back again.

Well at my age (75) a nightclub first.
We enjoyed our Grandsons 21st birthday.
If I were young again yep that's the place to go

My friend's and I all got the same drink and all charged something different. Security were nice and the fish were cool, but the vibes are an acquired taste.

Nice place but everything is watered down. Cc and coke tastes like a $10 water. Not overly happy at the end of the night
