Asian Central Salisbury

Best Chinese good I've ever tried, it's my daughter's birthday in a couple of days and although we live on the Yorke peninsula she wants us to drive here for her bday dinner

The food was lovely despite the raw chunk of meat. But not once were we asked if we’d like another drink nor were we given a dessert menu or asked if we wanted dessert and we were left chatting over dirty plates for 40 minutes. The place was pretty quiet by then so no excuse for not attending to us AT ALL.

So disappointed. Had the creamy garlic chicken, the sauce was so good but the chicken was like rubber. We asked for mild chilli on another meal and it was more medium to hot. No one came to see how are meals were. When the waitress came over to clear the table she saw the full plates and asked if we wanted takeaway. I responded no and explained my disappointment about the creamy chicken dish. She replied okay and took the plate- she didn't acknowledge my feedback and didn't return to our table.
I was so hoping to have a great meal at this location as I've heard such glowing reviews.
I'd normally give a place a second chance if I receive a not so great meal, however this will not be happening with this restaurant due to the lack of customer service.

Edit: I just saw the reply. I do not have a son and there was no conversation at the bar. You have me confused with someone else.

If you like Australian Asian food then this is the place to eat. Been here many times and never been disappointed. Large menu selection and good pricing.

A lovely mixed Asian retaurant. It may not look too flashy but the food and quantities for the price is insanely good.

We love again central:) We feel like apart of the family because we come here at least once a week haha.
The Laksa is the best we have ever had and we have tried lots of Laksas (it can also be made vegan.) The banquet is an excellent price and the staff are all so lovely.
