Aroma Pizza House Dernancourt

I'm definitely willing to try again. The gluten free bases are decent. When I opened the bbq chicken pizza, I thought it was the meat lovers accidentally got pineapple put on it. But no. And it was quite nice. Sadly the meat lovers looked pretty average (no big deal). But was dry and boring. The prices are fair. The phone line was noisy and I had to keep repeating myself and talk loudly and slowly. But I think they deserve another try and certainly better than the big cheap and nasty franchise brands. I'd like to score them higher but one pizza was so much better than the other and I'm going to have to add my own sauces to fix it.

Second chance. Sadly I have to say, now both of the pizzas are a bit dry and dehydrating.they need to glaze the topping with perhaps a mild sweet bbq sauce. But the worst thing, and I know gluten free bases are difficult to do well. But they are floppy and not at all crisp. You try to pick up a slice and it's going to flip over and toppings are going to start sliding off. The base needs to be crispy. The topping needs moisture. 3/5 is where the score stays.
