It was nice but beds were just average and the shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom. Otherwise it was fine.

Stayed for a week with my grandchildren. Stayed in two bedroom apartment, room was clean, staff friendly. Would recommend you stay here.

Staff are so lovely and easy to deal with. The rooms are lovely and clean and the beds are really comfortable.

Will definitely return when in gambier again, staff were very welcoming and accommodating, needed late check in was easy done, staff are doing an amazing job, pool is heated and actually warm with cover

Great clean motel with friendly staff But we were in a upstairs room and there is a step in the landing that is not marked clearly (sign in the roof but the step was not marked clearly) and I triped over it. Dangerous.

Good value, clean and well maintained room. Indoor Pool. Easy access/walk to town centre. Staff lovely.

We stayed there for 4 nights, it was good! The customer service was great, the room was nice and clean. There are just a couple of minor issues if they fix, it would be perfect, one of them is the tv, it was very old, almost useless. We needed it because, obviously, there is nothing to do at night at Mt Gambier.

Very friendly staff, clean room, bedding sets are like 5 stars hotels, impressive, two road access, closed to shops and sceneries.

Still my go-to place on my way through My Gambier. Convenient, clean and a short walk to the pub for dinner.

Clean spacious room, overall very good. Bit of trip hazard from room to amenities area needs attention. Would stay again

I have stayed with this family owned establishment periodically over the past 2 years due to unfortunate circumstances and they have been nothing but supportive. I have recently had to come to town for a funeral and the owner noticed and sympathised with my circumstances and upgraded my room at no extra cost. I cannot rate them highly enough. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Empathy goes a very long way! I cannot rate them highly enough! Cleaners are amazing and rooms are perfect at such a good price! Stay here! You won’t regret it. As a Mt gambier local I’ll book my stay here every time. Thank you so much to the staff and especially to the owners. Xx

I booked this place for a few days in March to go away with the family to celebrate my birthday.

Rooms are beautifully clean. My room had spa in a squeaky clean bathroom. There was a TV in the lounge room and one of the bedrooms. All the leaving essentials (dish washing, washing machine, fridge and freezer, iron, clothes dryer, hair dryer, etc) were provided. Carpark is available at the premises.

There was an indoor pool available from 7: 30 am to 9: 30 pm. The water was a bit cold but still pleasant. The chlorine level was a bit high as you could feel it burning the eyes.

The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever needed.

There were a few areas for improvements, though. Feedback was provided to the hotel management. I hope they are addressed before my next visit.

This place is fantastic value for money. It has a pool that is CLEAN, the customer service is excellent (shout out to Tom who was very welcoming and charming!), and the aircon is excellent. What more could you want? (Good shower pressure.)

Nice place to rest after a long day on the road. Indoor pool kept the sun off on a hot afternoon. Nice staff too.

First, the staff here (esp. James and Julie) are absolutely lovely.

Second, prices were very fair, and rooms were very nice. The back terrace apartments were very modern and had a Spa, plus a large flat screen TV.

The executive rooms are also very nice.

The front terrace apartments need a bit of a renovation, but besides that, the stay was impeccable:)

Clean and tidy room. Friendly helpful staff. Heated pool & spa was very nice. Trucks noise at night but that slows right down into the late evening/night. It would the same issue for any motel on the highway

Didnt get offered any milk. Had blower vac wake us up at 9am.
Shower floor slippery make sure u put rubber mat down first.

Clean room pleasant staff room was serviced each day. Only fault was shower, set it ready to get in and as soon as i got in someone in another room must have used the cold water and my shower immediately went boiling hot.
