Just arrived for first day of our holiday so inn a good mood. Old lady that served me didn't reply to me saying hello, she just stared at me. I bought a pie and a pasty (both pretty average) and after I paid she didn't pass the bags to me so I had to reach right over to her side to collect them which seemed odd. As I left I still said goodbye and once again for no reply. Very unfriendly town

The staff look like they hate their life and don’t wanna be there soo rude! Really know how to piss someone off with their attitude, if you don’t wanna be there don’t seriously ruining peoples day so rude especially girl with ranga hair

Get there early. Best pepper steak pie I've had in ages. It was the perfect eating temperature too.

Went in at 11.30am just wanting to get a couple sausage rolls for the family, was told they don't have any and only have spinach rolls. There were barely any pies and pasties as well. The young girl was very quiet and could barely hear her.
Seeing as it is a long weekend the bakery should be well stocked.
Pretty disappointed.

I had today probably the best meat pie I have had for a very long time. Like the pies of old! Amazing flavour & real meat.

We stopped by here for lunch on our way back from Port Vincent. Delicious! Proper bakery pies, sausages rolls, and sweet baked treats.
Well worth the visit.
Plus they were open on a public holiday.

Got apricot turnover with fresh cream and apple crumble pie, both to take away and enjoy while camping for a couple of days. Both very delicious and so glad we stopped there. Nice young man to serve us.

Absolutely the best bakery on the York Peninsula, everything is baked on site and just delicious, a MUST try. Staff are fantastic and friendly, you guys are great.

Nice country bakery, tasty food, the coffee isn't the best but not bad either.
Store needs an update but is still nice enough.
Prices were a little on the high side but good quality product none the less.

Hi yes had lunch at the bakery Awesome.
Dont change anything the cream in your cakes is the best.

Yummy! Home-made cheesymite scrolls. The chicken pie is excellent. Nice friendly staff and a beautiful mural on the wall.

Popped in to Ardrossan Whilst staying at Port Hughes. We stopped at the bakery and had pies which were delicious, fresh and with flakey pastry. We also bought one of the family sized apple crumbles to bring back to Adelaide and I have to say it was the best one we’ve had!
Prices were great and so was the service 10/10

While product is excellent the staff are somewhat rude and offish it almost seems most things are to much trouble i have experienced this a few times, and no i dont think its me as i am always polite

Sunday. Supposed to close 3pm. Closed before 2 today. Disappointing to come in off the main drag

Need to get in early. Everything looks so delicious. I've had the chicken & veg pie, that was lovely, as are the lemon citrus tarts.

We truly enjoyed the delicious food from bakery better than down in Adelaide thank you being city seekers

I had a pasty today and my partner had a pepper pie, both were sensational!
The food has improved so much, Congratulations, keep up the great work. The locals will support you!

Excellent pasty, delicious Yorkie slice, extra hot coffee as requested, and very friendly and helpful service.

I just bought the tastiest pepper steak pie I have ever eaten.
