Most amazing place in the world. Great atmosphere, great food, great tunes and great waiters. Caitlin was our most amazing server ever and bent over backwards to help us with everything we need. Highly highly recommend!

This review is no stars! I rang to see if this establishment was age appropriate, spent $70 for two cards for my grandkids who are 4.5 + 6.5 only to arrive and find out that my granddaughter couldn't play any of the arcade games and grandson could only play two in the whole place. Dodgems weren't working, bowling was only ok for my grandson. I approached the staff regarding the dissatisfaction with the whole encounter and they wouldn't give a refund but compensated 100 tickets each and that gave the kids a squishy ball.

Really disgusted and disappointed in the whole encounter. Won't be back again!

The amount of anger, sorrow, and unpleasant feelings I have attached to this place. I went with a group of friends around 7: 30-10pm on the 2/2/204, and left in tears and broken trust for this establishment. No communication throughout the night, and an incredibly hostile manager who abused his power and masculinity ruined what should have been an easy-going, fun night. The service staff were lovely, but I do wonder how a place can run if management has no customer service training at all. I will be contacting higher ups and the complaint team.

Had an absolutely awesome time tonight at Archie brothers, shared delicious food, played so many arcade games, won a bunch of ticket and had a blast with my workmates. Would love to especially thank Carson who was so very helpful to myself and my workmates the whole night, serving out table while we ate, hanging out with us around the arcade games and sneaking in a free play of air hockey for us. You’re a legend and excellent at your job, definitely got a few extra $$ out of me so worth it! Will be coming back soon.

The staff were so incredibly kind. We were slightly late and they accommodated for us, they kindly gave my partner and I a plush and they were so friendly. I would 10/10 recommend this as a fun date night, friend activity or something to do with your kids. It’s so friendly for all ages. The staff made our night!

Amazing space with 4 bowling lanes and lots of arcade games, but the arcade is not really worth the money as it is a minimum of $2.70 for 1 turn

The facility is fantastic, but attempting to reach someone over the phone to modify a booking has been incredibly frustrating. I've spent a total of 45 minutes on hold over multiple calls. I have just given up trying to contact them now.

I was hoping Archie Bros would have been a bit better than what I experienced.
I'll first go through some of the things I like which first off the venue itself has a nice circus artstyle which is really nice to look at. The bowling lanes are really good, you can easily get a few rounds in and the menu is very unique but familiar at the same time.
Now I'm gonna just say that there's a lot of things this place needs to improve on. Firstly the arcade machines. Currently there's almost no variety with a bunch of claw machines, racer's and four ticket redemption games. Why is this bad? Because the only arcade game that's actually new and working is Asphalt 9 arcade, and there's also No Rhythm Games at all even though on FB they've said they would have Stepmaniax I don't see it anywhere and Bop it Arcade is another game that is nowhere to be seen, that's complete false advertising to guarantee games but not deliver.
Next is the prize selection which is unique but unfortunately I've seen better at Timezone and Kingpin and the only good prizes have a high ticket price and with almost no machines are impossible to reach. Also regarding this the Super Star redemption game is impossible to win since even if it's ready to cash it won't give you your prize since the back barrier for the prizes aren't installed so yeah it's a scam right now even trying to win anything.
I'm not talking about hijinx hotel since I've yet to try it and in my opinion might be more worth your time, so overall this is really disappointing right now.you're currently better off going to Timezone or Holey Moley nearby and I don't recommend going unless you're there for some bowling.

A perfect place to be a little tipsy and bowl around. The ambient vibe of the bowling lines are something else. And the receptionist was friendly and checking up on our group. Adi, if you're seeing this mate, you were amazing bro. Keep up what you're doing.

Totally recommend this place. My homies are coming over next weekend for sure on my birthday.

I was very excited coming in until i didnt see my favourite game Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6rr.so all i did was play the mario kart game. WMMT6RR is a really popular game so it would be very effective if they get the machine.

Convenient location however a bit overpriced compared to other arcade venues such as Timezone. Have some fun arcade games but could expand game choices a lot more when comparing to other Archie Brother venues in other states. A bit disappointing but something I could imagine coming back to every so often if in the city with mates.

Two of my friends and I did all ten challenge rooms. The challenge rooms were so much fun, and they’re 100% re-playable so I will be coming back again.

Our first Game Master was Clover, and they were amazing. They created a really fun and playful atmosphere which complimented the style of the arcade. Shae was the person who greeted us and was our second Game Master. Shae was so welcoming at the concierge desk and was a really fun Game Master as well. Could not recommend more!
