I love doing my exercise physiology classes here because the counter staff are always helpful and friendly and so are the trainers.

Took the kids here to have a swim. Over half of the kids pool was blocked off for swimming lessons and the slide was closed the whole time were there. Not sure if this is the norm or if we went at a bad time, but it's unjustifiable to charge over $6 entry per person and then not provide the facilities we paid for.

This place has gone downhill. It used to be great. It's school holidays and the waterslides aren't working, alot of the pool is closed for lessons etc. Like in school holidays you expect that the pool would be more available and the staff would be more tolerant of kids. If you don't like kids then don't do the job and it's abundantly clear that at least one of the staff here really doesn't like kids and I'm so glad my kids only interacted with him once. Won't be coming back. Waterworld and the aquatic Centre are so much better

Wow, don't think I've been there for over 20 yrs now! It's fantastic, it's changed so much, it's much better and safer for the children, and adults to. It's huge, bigger than what it used to be too! I think

Edit- it seems that their staffs are not ready to handle kids with disability specifically autism. A bit disappointed. Other than that tutors are really supportive.

This is one awesome pool, I go there every week to do aqua as well as a15min. In the spa then a lovely warm shower, then on the way out I get a coffee to finish of the day. I recommend it to anyone the only problem is that it isn't heating the pool properly which is very bad advertising by the Council it seems that not as many people are going for that reason. We are not happy with the it not being heated to a better warmth, We have noticed that many of the regulars are not coming because it is no where as good as when the YMCA where running it.no it hasn't changed and the big pool is not heated. And guess they are never going to heat the biggest pool to the right temperature because we who use the pool later than the morning people who don't want the pool heated make us loose out. If they don't do something about it they may loose even more people from the other programs in the pool it is not recommended for people who suffer arthritis etc to be in a pool at lower than 32 degrees. No there has only been a new surround around the pool.and new flooring which is okay for safety reasons but gets awfully dirty which is not a good sight. No the bigger pool is still not being heated as it says in their ads it is heated think that is why so many people have dropped out of the Aqua class.

Go before 3pm. After that it's so crowed, the toddler section has no age restrictions & much of the area is blocked off until 5.30. So I was constantly moving.

The gym is the main thing I go here for and it's a nice gym with plenty of equipment that's high quality, there's sanitising spray and paper towels hung up on walls around the room so you can disinfect equipment before and after use and has a cooled water fountain for filling your water bottle.
The swim facilities are okay but gets way too crowded in warm weather. Shouldn't have gotten rid of the outdoor pools as it's just squished everyone into 2 single indoor pools.

Its ok for the kids at this time of the year, only downside is that when its really hot and I sit in reception they don't turn on the aircon and their icecream and drinks are sky high in prices but other than that its ok

This place is value for money! The smell of chlorine hits you as soon as you walk in but the staff is friendly and helpful but lots of fine print that is not made clear and you learn about it as you go. People at the counter sometimes give incorrect info and then other member give different info. Overall, good teachers but they need to work on the customer service information they provide but they are all friendly, which is great.

Unable to address the login issue for more than 2 weeks. Staff is clueless to sort out the issue. Bluefit portal never works.

"Been trying to get my son back into swim lessons after taking a break for health reasons. I sent an enquiry via the website, but it was not followed through with. When I called and asked if they could email me the available class times, I was told they could do that. I finally worked out that there was a class starting in a few weeks, but was told that they couldn't take bookings for another 2 weeks. I called back exactly 2 weeks later, only to be told that they can no longer book that class. So, after 4 weeks, my son still has not been able to attend any classes. I am very disappointed in the whole process. "

Would be awesome if it had different management, general manager enjoys conflict, has a massive power trip and has trained the staff the same way. If you want a gym with cool staff this isn’t it. Disgusted with the treatment I received for being on crutches.

A great gym/swim centre/cafe. The slide is in use on the weekends. All pools disabled access. Clean restrooms, shower facilities & change rooms. 2 disabled shower/dressing rooms that can also be used for families.

Great centre but there was black mould in the grout and corners in the shower cubicles which could be potentially bad for someone like me with lung problems

Fantastic gymnasium for any level of workout. 3 pools, the main Olympic pool, indoor kids pool and not sure what the 3rd outdoor pool is. Both indoor swimming pools are heated. A great place to spend with the family and friends.:)

Why am I getting spam emails from Aquadome as I live in Ohio? Why do they not offer an unsubscribe button but rather I have to mail them something? Don’t deny this review you scammers. Offer an unsubscribe button and stop sending spam. SHAME ON YOU! I have to snail mail you to stop receiving your emails? Ridiculous! And pathetic. Offer a decent product and stop spamming emails 10,000 miles away.

Edit: I’ve gotten more spam emails. There is no unsubscribe button as these liars say there are. I’d sink my entire life savings into seeing this business go out of business.

Masks must be worn entering and exiting but otherwise pretty safe, hardly anyone there, safety is top priority and everyone follows the 1.5 m rule. Friendly staff. Cheap entry kids $6 and adults $7.50 year 2022 month January.
