APM Employment Services - Norwood reviews
1 Things started off really good, they really went above and beyond to help. But with a few difficulties arising I have been totally abandoned and ignored. I am in a dire situation and all i can get are notifications of phone appointments which never result in a phone call and meetings where I get told that we're just killing time. Half of my appointments get cancelled because my worker is allegedly sick almost all the time. I have been assigned other workers to help me only to find out weeks later that they were the wrong worker, I have been waiting MONTHS to meet the correct worker.
Almost 6 months ago I told them that I really wanted to buckle down and get to work finding work but every meeting has just been a "catch-up" to check in on me with absolutely nothing done, suggested or discussed. Or they have been cancelled last minutes, sometimes while I was on the bus headed for their office.
I have given them far too many chances due to the early help that I did receive but, as I have become increasingly depressed over the lack of any help, I have decided to look into switching companies and begin the process as soon as I can. I am eager to find work, I have been eager to do anything required to overcome my difficult personal situation but have received no support despite telling them both that I am extremely eager and that it has been an ideal time for me to participate in unpaid activities to help me become more work-ready.
