Keep getting bothered when I am working 40 hours a week. They put my payment on hold which is just the working credits btw which I thought was incentive which you get automatically to get back into work. I never had a problem like this with my last job and provider. I don't know why they are making things difficult? These appointments should be optional, as I said I am working 40 hours weekly so I don't know why they are making it a problem. It's like they want to play the "power role" too much.

This place is occupied by patronising, inconsiderate and lazy staff who treat their clients like 3- year old children. Thank the invisible lord that I have changed providers!

Paige told me to getting a cleaning job when I've clearly told them I can't do physical work due to Functional neurological disorder but she disagreed and said its not hard. Maybe not for her! They know nothing of disability! I finally got a reception job by myself I bought works clothes because she said they would reimburse me but never did and they don't reply via email because it's written proof? After this and previously having a job where they didn't pay me, I've just had enough. They made my health condition even worse!

Rosa from APM lacks total empathy, does not know how to follow centrelinks rules and guidelines. Supposed to be a disability support worker. I've never known anyone to be as callous and careless as her, when it came to my husband and his declining health. Now having a mechanical heart, requiring a transplant. She has made this last 11 months more painful than it needed to be. So glad my husbands disability has been approved and he no longer has to deal with such a horrible person.

They have no reception and you have to wait till someone eventually notices you. I also had to do 2 initial appointments due to staff putting it down as a non attendance. They didn't bother to ring for a phone appointment. And claiming I didn't meet requirements.

My initial appointment was 6wks ago & they booked an appointment with my actual case manager for the following wk. I arrived 15mins early for that appointment (as requested) & was still waiting for someone to notice me 25mins later. She then says she can't see me coz she has a meeting & wrote me an appointment card for 11 days later. 5 days later my payment got suspended for not handing in a job search sheet that I had not even been given. My payment is yet again suspended today for the same thing & I am yet to see some1 to explain what I have to do.

The main issue is no reception, so no check in, so you sit around until they notice you waiting while they talk amongst themselves. They're nice people but the system/set up as a whole is flawed.
