6 Terrible, absolutely no understanding to each individuals situation, pushy, arrogant, rude, don't listen to your concerns, they're more worried about losing the contract to centrelink than actually helping you.
They Just make me feel useless and made to feel ashamed of myself.
I had a phone appointment and got my Centrelink put on hold because they never rang me. I tried to ring them but nothing. This happened three times. They were very rude about it and blamed me for them not calling me?
They do not help you with technical things including updating resume and showing how to apply for jobs online. They were pushing me to apply for volunteer work when I had a medical exemption. Basically all they do is stress you out without achieving anything
Actively spiteful management, constant turnover of case workers I believe in relation to the management, will give no assistance even when pressures by higher ups within the company. Steer clear.
Compassionate, professional, experienced and down to earth support. My transition back to work was made much much easier, after an extremely stressful time in life. The ongoing support makes you feel like you aren't alone and a valued community member. Thank you APM gawler!
Very unprofessional.
Twice they have failed in their obligation to call us, the first time they didn't call at all, so we called them to reschedule the appointment, only for them (Robert) to call an hour after that rescheduled appointment time on a different number to that which was on the Provider Appointment notification which they had given to us.
Spoke to somebody there called Simone who stated that it had been recorded in their system that they had in fact called the first time (is that fraud?), despite Robert admitting his mistake and that he hadn't called when we followed up on why he missed the first appointment.
Update, two weeks later, message left on voice mail from Rob at 10: 51 apologising for missing the appointed time of 10: 30, that is the first time we've heard of any such appointment, and the first contact from them since we called them two weeks ago - so they're scheduling appointments and not even advising us, and again, on a different number to the first ever scheduled appointment on 24/06/2020.
