APM

Got to my appointment well early, say 30 to 40 minutes. The young lad who I was there to see didn't introduce himself as my contact, merely informed my to wait or come back when my appointment was slated for. Came back at the allotted time, filled out paperwork, which could have been done beforehand ; must have slipped his mind, eh? He then proceeded to go through all the malarkey that hasn't changed since lock down. Wasn't impressed with the level of service and as such this was reflected in my attitude towards the kid. I only read the reviews of this balloon head this morning and I am going to request a transfer from this site. Disappointing, to say the least.

The most unprofessional employment service iv ever dealt with, booked a face to face app, 2 days before it over weekend they sent 2 msgs saying phone app instead (also uncontactable during this time), the time went and past for the phone app no call was made by them so I chose to call them, the response I got off the guy was disgusting, I told him I only need some tickets transferred interstate and I have a job lined up, he told me I missed the app that never happened due to there mixed msgs, he then proceeded to make another app for 1 week away, I told them I'd not have the job if it wasn't sorted asap and the response was.not my problem and he hung up on me for correcting the msgs sent, totally unprofessional department, I advise you choose another provider that actually is there to help not belittle you

If I could give this place a minus 5 stars I would. Ettienne is rude and should be fired on the spot. He spoke to me in a way I will not allow for. Thankfully, I have been transferred to a new place with a new consultant who is shocked with the way APM specifically Ettienne treated me. Boycott the place or get new staff. Something needs to change about this place.

Etienne intentionally overreported my earrings and mislead me into thinking I could not get any income support from centrelink in hopes that I would believe it for 6 months so he could get paid. Very disappointed to see somebody in this position take advantage of somebody just because I didn't know any better.

After filling in an on-line survey fir the disability section of apm and then was joined up with the normal job active section. One of the the most poorly organized bunch of people. One of the first things I was told is that if I didn’t comply with their terms my payments would be suspended. Rude, condescending and blatant pigs. Do not use these people!
