Apex Park Gawler reviews
26 Great park, nice and green with footpath.
Also has undercover seating for bar b q and picnics.
Playground and toilets nearby
Beautiful park, hugh fig trees, plenty of shade, an exercise apparatises area. Great park to relax, electric barbecue's.
Took my 8yo granddaughter to this park for the first time. She loved it. I was impressed with the quality of equipment at this playground
The huge trees are stunning
I am intending on taking her back again, and going for a walk along the river.
What a fantastic park. Sat in the shade and read a book while the kids enjoyed playing on the enclosed playground.
Lovely shaded little park. Between the fig trees and the shade over the fenced playground that is good for toddlers, this park was a comfortable little area. Clean toilets and a small library close by and then you can see workout equipment on the other side of the grassed area. The only thing I would improve would be to have some seats for the adults on the inside of the fenced playground.
A beautifully presented park and play equipment that never ceases to entertain the children. There is a good range of equipment for various ages that is well fenced in for peace of mind. Outside of the fenced area there are easily accessible toilets, beautiful trees and plenty of grass to run around and burn energy on, have a picnic or walk the family pet, as well as a barbecue nearby and a lovely pathway to take a stroll down. Overall it's a well thought out and presented public park.
The park is a great place to unwind. Love all the big trees there. There is a playground for the kids as well
Nice little playground, has sail shades and fully fenced. Variety of equipment, great for all ages, including toddlers.
Cool little communication board, and bouncy/seasaw bumble bee. Equipment is a little grimy but the kids didnt care.
Went for a walk with visiting grandchildren brief holiday opportunity for us all to catch up. Apex has established hillside trail over looking lovely creek, winter spring, large green shady trees overhead, grassed park. Small community fitness circut which the children enjoyed. Pleasant environment, great family pics (also has barbecue and enclosed playground). Council current upgrade of amenities. Within walking distance of Gawler central CBD. Post office, Eateries/takeaways, gyms, barbers/ hairdressers, lolly shop, Big W, exectra.
We love this place. A nice walking trail runs along the edge of it. Always clean with a playground, bbqs and seating. There is a long row of morton bay fig trees for shade which are gorgeous.
Great place for the kids. Big grassy areas for them to run off the extra steam. Nice place to stop and have a snack and enjoy the atmosphere and the kids are happy too!
Old club but good to play on and good people greens are all synthetic and are realy good to play on at good speeds
Suitable for kids of all ages. It's fenced in so perfectly safe for toddlers to roam around too.
Lawn, shady trees, tables and benches. Even a playground for the little ones. As it is so close to the main street it is easy to buy a snack or lunch and carry it to the park before it becomes cold. A very nice place to be.
Great location for a family takeaway night. Unfortunately sometimes attracts liquor fueled locals. Something to be aware of.
Great playground for all ages with BBQ but unfortunately a hotspot for homeless people. They can get loud when intoxicated.
Love this park it’s shaded and suitable for my young children. Only down side is the toilets are a fair distance from the park and bbq area. It’s a long walk (mad dash) for little ones who wait until they really need to go.
It was a lovely park and good playground. While we were there we had drunk people yelling at people and being disruptive to families on the playground. Was not comfortable to have our small children there
I went there with my dogs and I found the place. Quite beautiful. They have playgrounds for children. And for big kids as well like adults. And even though it was a very hot. And windy day. Because of the large fig trees and grassed areas. It was quite comfortable recommend it to anyone
