I love Anytime Fitness Prospect the team are wonderful and very helpful, even other members are helpful as I asked a guy how to work a machine he was working on and the very kindly showed me

Loving it. Friendly people and most people wipe down their machines after use wich we feel is a must do living in the era of covid. Thanks to everyone for making us feel welcome.

Plz don't go on that gym really they don't know how to talk and behave to their customer and me and my partner moved to Victoria regional still paying without any used and even we do cancellation and pay cancellation again they send us invoice of 18 dollars really not good please don't go there

Been to allot of anytime gyms in my time and this one is definitely not a good one unfortunately. The gym is extremely small and the sheer stench of bad body odour can be overwhelming. No one seems to care about hygiene and wiping the machines down at all. Maybe the staff aren’t enforcing these rules? I don’t know, either way some automated air fresheners would help this place out greatly.

Absolute Greedy mobs. Another anytime franchise will give you a better rate than here. Poor management. Filthy place. Unfriendly manager.

Not a good place for sport as it's all about show off. Unfortunately must of the people going there are only to show themselves to others without any concerns about any others.

Very welcoming, they answer all questions, for today was my first day joining a gym, can't wait to return!

The best place for me they helped build my confidence and there so friendly I feel safe there its like a second home to me and the staffs my family honestly so amazing

Good spacious area to workout. Would be great if there was some music for late evening workouts

I like this branch because of its good ventilation and high ceilings. Music can be super loud at times, but overall it's good. I used to go to Walkerville and it was always stuffy there with NO ventilation.

Nice place very big, went there for my younger brother's Wake couple of weeks ago apparently it was his and his wife favourite pub they used to play alot of pool there.

Almost all equipment for all sorts of workouts are available. Pretty clean and neat.
Staff is friendly, and comembers seriously

I cancelled my membership 2 months ago but they didn’t cancelled they freeze my account and after 2 months it again started deduction in my account.
So they charged 80$ fees + 58 cancellations.

Small and gym goers there are a bit unclean with their usage of equipments. But staffing mange well during covid

I am going to this gym quite often, but unfortunatelly, apart from a convenient location for me, I am very disappointed in management and the level of cleanliness. Although I informed the staff couple of times that some of the auxiliary equipment needs to be replaced, being damaged, nothing happened. Most machines that I normally use have a thick leyer of dust (the elyptical and the rowing machines). I don't know if the gym is being regularly cleaned (if it is, they definitely need to change the cleaner). The gym carpets are dirty and the same the bathrooms. I think the franchisee should take some measures. Now they will close the gym for about 2 weeks and hopefully things will become better. Very dissapointed.

Such a bad management in place. They tell you it’s no contract and stuff, but when you go in to cancel the membership they’ll charge you. I cancelled my membership with them couple of months ago and they recently charged me their monthly fees because apparently it wasn’t cancelled. And now when I told them the story they don’t wanna listen and asked me to pay their monthly fee to cancel the account. Such a terrible place. Will trap you in some kinda problem to get your money
