I can’t articulate how frustrated I am with the nursing home. They can’t see how unreasonable they are and make me feel like I’m the unreasonable one. Everyone else I’ve spoken to has understood my concerns but them. I can’t see them ever realising how unreasonable they are being. I’m too exhausted to keep advocating as hard as I have had to over this past year or so.

The man who answers the phone is rude and inconsiderate!
i cannot understand how he holds a job at your facility when he hold no people skills or kindness!
i was given the wrong number and was treated horribly by this man, a simple sorry i think you’ve been given the wrong number will do
i work in aged care facility and i tell you right now over my dead body would i recommend your facility with people like that working there!

Mum moved into the nursing home 5 months ago from one of the independent living units. At a time when nursing homes are coming under intense scrutiny after the recent release of the aged care Royal Commission I'd like to commend Dutton Court on the extremely high standard of facilities and care. Food is often criticised in care homes, I was reading the upcoming autumn menu last week - yummy! Mum's main issue is being given too much to eat. I time my visits to get some afternoon tea. The premises are clean, lots of light, super friendly staff, courteous and caring. I am contacted promptly about anything concerning Mum's health and safety. An excellent place to be.

I cannot rate more highly the nursing home in Saratoga Road, Elizabeth East. Andrew on the receipt desk is so welcoming and a great friendly efficiency face for this home. All staff are happy, caring and kind. The food is fabulous, the decor is new and spotlessly clean and the rooms all have updated ensuites. All the gardens have been newly landscaped. It is more like a hotel than nursing home. My mum loves it and so do we as her family. Thank you Anglicare

Every woman in our local area can go in and be referred and speak to a counselor.

This nursing home is a wonderful home away from home; full of caring and very friendly staff; SECOND TO NONE.

My sister is in this nursing home. Staff are great. It is clean and modern. My sister is full of praise for the staff, food etc. I would recommend.
