Angle Vale Medical Centre reviews
26I find Dr Michelle. Very professional and easy to talk to. Doesn't rush and listens what you have to say
Dr wong was thorough, he looked after my issues something some doctors that ive seen over the years have done. Im only new to the area 2019 i moved here and originaly come from south and it took me a while to find a doctor that i was comfortable with seeing.
The best Dr I ever seen. Dr Wong have fully experienced and describes everything details.easy and fully understand to us.
Phoned Clinic with painful medical issue, no apts or phone consultation available. Return phone call around 10 minutes later n phone consultation arranged. Thank you sooo much for your compassion n organising the phone consult for me. Awesome Clinic that go above n beyond for their patients Well done
First time visiting here. After reading all the review's I was very pleasantly surprised to see they were all correct. From the lovely ladies on the front desk to the very thorough doctor who asked a lot of questions and got to the issue and his follow up was great. After moving into the area from a distance away I will be making this my Drs surgery from now on. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.
I have mostly had good experiences here, but today I had an appointment booked and I called to check if it was still happening as I didn't receive a confirmation text and the hotdoc app had my appointment, but there was a note on it saying to call the clinic. So I called the clinic and they found no appointment, so I then had to book another appointment with them, so I have to wait another week to hear my results. I found this to be quite inconvenient and stressful as I had been watching my calendar and made sure I was available for my appointment today. The receptionist (Tiffany) that I spoke to asked me if I wanted an in person appointment after I said multiple times that I only needed a phone consult, showing that she wasn't really paying attention to what I was saying.
The doctor I see is quite lovely and professional, I would like to keep going to them, but if this kind of poor organising continues on, then I will have to go through the stress of finding ANOTHER doctor, which I would rather not. I already have enough panic attacks as it is when it comes to going to places like this.
Edit: I believe my appointment was cancelled, because I was unable to confirm my card to make the booking, because my phone was stolen and had no means to confirm my card at the time of the booking. I am lowering my rating for this. Patients should not have to provide card details in order to book an appointment.
2nd edit: charged $61 for a telephone appointment to go over results.
