Other than a few gems, the staff are notoriously rude and barely speak to you, they will make eye contact with you then walk away to avoid serving you.it's not rare to come in and have staff coughing and sneezing while working with food, the sizing for the chips is horribly inconsistent and impossible to predict.on more than one occasion have witnessed staff packing away the 'made fresh daily' salads to be put out the next day. 0/10, if you can make the extra effort to go to the chip shop on curtis road you will be dodging a bullet

The staff are super accommodating and the food is always served hot, quickly, and efficiently. Plus super delicious.

My new go to for a cheat night when I don't want to cook but want to avoid Maccas etc.

A good suburban chip shop always good service and good food. Highly recommended if your in the area and in the market for chips chicken or fish. Good range of salads too. Hotdogs are worth a try.

Not bad for the appearance of the place.they are generous with the amount of chips that they give you. I ordered a small and which looked like a medium, super thankful.super tasty and piping hot.perfecto!

Rude customer service and wrong quantity of food was given, when I rang up to complain they didn’t help out and just hung the phone up on me

Over many years we have bought our usual fish 'n chips and burgers from Andrew and his staff. We have never had reason to be unhappy with the generous servings and friendly service we received.

Our order was complicated (big family, various ages) multiple preferences. We did not pre order online. We just turned up during takeaway peak hour 5-7pm to place our order. They were in demand and flatout as expected. In this context, the staff were busy, receptive, efficient, joyful. The food was great and the deals helped the bottom line of our complex needs.

Picked up 2 x schnitzel packs tonight. No salt on anything. The most bland thing I have eaten. Won’t be back

The lady that was in the front last week was very rude. She WAS NOT USING MASK when we are in the middle of the pandemic.

No one of that shop were using mask.

I did not get copy of my received i was waiting that she asked me if i want copy but she did not.
I wanted to compare the price that she charged me with the price that was on that board. I was charge 22 dollars for half of chicken and salad. I could not check it because i was worried spend too much time close to her and she was not using mask.

- Bad costumer service
- they dont give copy of the received
- they dont use mask and talk with the costumers like that.

The food has gone seriously down hill in the last 12 months I would not recommend eatting here I'd go down the road to playford fish and chip shop

I have recently learned that they have removed different sizes for Chips & Gravy or Chips, Cheese & Gravy. My preference was the jumbo. Adding to that, it appears that the kid's menu has disappeared.

While the food is nice, ill be looking for another takeaway that offers a larger serving and children's offerings.

Extremely rude costumer service, bought a $8 large chips and $9 dollars 1/4 chicken and chips hot pack. The cashier insisted this was $19. When I pointed out it wasn't she turned to her coworker and stated "this guy doesn't know 8+19 is 19" right in front of me and refused to apologise when I noted I was standing right there. She also ignored me when I tried to show her 8+9=17 on a calculator later.

Solid food and always a good portion of chips for the price, when compared to other local fish and chip shops.

Would be my first selection most times however unfortunately the deli next door rarely has fresh bread for chip buddies. Can't really take that away from these guys though.

Great value and really enjoyable. Friendly service too. Highly recommend dropping in for lunch.

Have ordered a couple of times now and the food has been great each time! Even had a desert with my most recent one and that was also amazing!

Fantastic human service is hard to come by especially when you order using an online service. All I had to do was call and these guys went out of their way to make sure our order was perfect and as I said the service was amazing. Thank you doesn’t seem enough

Hello, Yes Andrews Farm Fish and Chip Takeaway is a very popular shop, they were so busy with both walk- ins, and uber orders last night! We had their Yiros pack, and it was absolutely delicious, my son had their steak sandwich with the lot, was also enjoyed! Try this place out, you won't be disappointed!

Wondering if they've changed hands. As got 2 hamburgers which in past have always been great. Tonight they were both ordinary. Soggy roll and dripping in fat. Not nice.
