Prepared for disappointment as MileEnd was the only store with any stock and the web site had the dreaded 'low stock' in my size.
Couldn't find them on the shelf but a team member cheerfully offered to look out the back as they were doing the morning shelf stocking.returned quickly, and I got my prize.
Another team member was equally helpful with another request, and the till operator sorted a club voucher glitch instantly.
Perhaps the difference was a weekday morning vs the weekend scrum, but we were happy with the service and the discount.

First time user at Anaconda stores. Brilliant service from Peter. An absolute wealth of knowledge and helped me immensely. Kitted me up with the right fishing tackle for where I told him I was going. Saved me having useless gear in my tackle box. Put heaps back on the racks and filled my hands with the right stuff.

Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable, provided me with different options and helped me choose a suitable air mattress and pump for my needs.

Very poor service. One assistant in the whole store this morning. Lots of people wanting help but couldn’t get it because the one assistant was taking AGES (over 20 minutes!) with a customer looking for tent pegs! We needed something from a locked cabinet. But after waiting for nearly half an hour we left! Not good business.

Huge range of Winter clothing that was shoved everywhere and anywhere - an absolute mess of a store- short staffed and appeared completely untrained. I cannot understand how modern retail business can survive with this sort of service!

Racks and racks of clearance stock. Plenty of rubbish and no longer a specialty store. Have not been here for years and after two minutes in the store realised that it was not worth going again. What a disappointment.

Great store! Staff (Peter, Alex and Jeff) in fishing area provided amazing service, I will definitely keep coming back.

Nice place but was the worst black friday and worst boxing day ever, everything was cheaper before those dates. Half of the double.so sad
